The villa is in a small private road, half an hours drive from Larnaca airport,15mins from Limassol. It provides very comfortable air conditioned accommodation for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, one double with balcony, and one twin both with lovely views,1 settee, perfect for family/small group. Has everything needed to make it a perfect holiday home. The villa has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, excellent for socialising. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. all water suitable for drinking. The lounge has TV, DVD/CD player. Fully furnished. Linen and towels provided. The open plan living area has large doors opening out to terrace and pretty maintained gardens. The terrace has an awning to provide shade in the heat of the day. Gardens all around villa and car port. Outside shower for cooling off. Solar panels heating water, immersion heater for emergencies. Has central heating for cooler evenings

Governors Beach is a delightful area with miles of unspoilt scenery mid way between Larnaca and Limassol., The gentle sloping of the very soft sandy beach with the crystal clear sea, beautiful rocky chalk cliffs for diving and snorkeling. There are several very nice tavernas on the beach to choose from where you can enjoy lunch/dinner sitting under the trees and watching the sea. Cars can be hired at Larnaca or paphos airports before or on arrival. It's half an hours' drive from the airport on A5 motorway and 5 minutes off the main motorway to the villa thereby being easily accessible. It's very central for visiting different places like Paphos, Troodos Mountains, Nicosia and many historic sites around Cyprus. Larnaca/Limassol tourist areas where you can enjoy night life less than 20 mins drive away. Supermarket, bakery, fishmonger/butcher, chemist etc about 5 minutes drive from villa at cross road for Zigyi or junction 15 on A5 motorway.

Local activities paragliding, horse riding, cycling, diving, fishing, golf, sailing, surfing, swimming, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing
