Propylaea Villas is a beautiful development of little shuttered Villas situated on the outskirts of Limassol between the Meridien Hotel & Spa and the St Raphael Resort & Marina. Approximately 25 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport and a 45 minute drive from Paphos Airport. There are four 5 star Hotels and numerous Restaurants within walking distance and a seven minute walk to the beach. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. It is a two-minute walk to the local bus stop which stops at most points all the way along the seafront to the Old Town and Port.

Highly recommend to others - quiet, away from the bustle of the tourist area but with easy and quick access to beaches and local tavernas. Pool clean and maintained - we were the only family using it for a number of days. villa also clean - it is the one on the photo. local bus stop about 100m - cheap and reliable service all day to town area. Good restaurants a short ride away nr Four Seasons hotel (5 mins by bus). Owner and caretaker very friendly and helpfull.
