New luxury Villa situated in a quiet area of East Beach, Limassol close to the tourist area. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, the kitchen is beautifully fitted and comes complete with hob, oven, washing machine and microwave, the lounge has a TV, DVD/ CD Player. Outside the 8 metres x 4-metre pool, which has steps into the shallow end with a handrail and is surrounded by paved sun terraces and well-tended lawned garden. The whole area is well furnished for living and dining outdoors. 2 minutes walk to the beach, the shops or restaurants. Bus stop to Limassol town 300 meter approx. A really, super large family villa offering the highest standard of accommodation and early booking is highly recommended.

There is public transport available about 300 meters from the Villa which will take you into the centre of Limasol. If you hire a car the motorway is just 1 Kilometre away and you can travel to Paphos, Larnaca and Nicosia or the Troodos mountains. All these destinations are approximately 45 minutes drive away. For children there is Fasouri Water Park which is situated close to Limassol town and many more water sports and activities on the nearby beach. Cyprus has 340 days of sunshine a year and is the ideal location for families and couples alike.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Usual Arrival time is after 4pm and vacate time is 11am on day of departure. However, special arrangements can be made. Bookings 4 weeks before departure to be paid in full on booking. Deposit of 20% required for confirmation of booking (non-refundable if cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival). Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    Deposit of 200 British pounds or 400 euros is required for security/damage, which is refundable.
    Air conditioning is supplied in all rooms and is requested to be used sensibly. If it is in used excessively then extra charges will be made.

We had such a fantastic time last year that we've booked again this year. We have met the owner, Jacques who is a real gentleman. The villa is really a home from home and has everything you could possibly need (apart from Satelite TV - come on Jacques!!)

The pool really made a difference and our son was almost swimming without arm bands by the end of the holiday.

Owner's response:

Thank you for your comments which are much appreciated. This year the villa will hopefully have a dishwasher but because of the size of the dish needed (3.30m in diameter) a satelite will not be possible. (Bring plenty of DVD's!!!)
