Set in the tranquil setting of Pissouri Bay this immaculate one-bedroomed air-conditioned villa sleeps 2-3, with private rear garden and views over the vineyards. The villa comprises of one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a spacious sitting room with a settee, two armchairs, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, a TV with access to local channels, a video and DVD player and music centre. There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. A telephone is available for local and incoming calls.

Villa Morina is 20 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport. The villa is set in the tranquil Pissouri Bay. Villa Morina is part of a small residential village set on a hillside of a vine-growing valley known as Ampelohori (translates as a 'village set amid vineyards') and commands views across the vineyards. Ampelohori is a very well maintained setting with pleasant landscaped gardens. Set well back from the beach road, the villa is situated in a cul-de-sac 1km (8 minutes walk) from the EU Blue Flag beach at Pissouri Bay. A perfect idyll for a peaceful holiday. Pissouri Bay boasts an excellent beach with watersport facilities. There are about 10 restaurants and tavernas, two supermarkets, shops and bars. The pretty village of Pissouri is about 3km away and boasts a popular village square complete with tavernas, bars, banks and a supermarket. Limassol and Paphos are a 25 minutes drive away and the Troodos mountains 40 minutes.

Notes: Ampelohori is a quiet, peaceful location and is particularly appealing for couples seeking a quiet peaceful holiday. The villa is completely self contained and has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The rear garden is spacious and private with views over the vineyards. A barbeque is provided together with chairs and a table for al fresco dining. Sunbeds are also provided for sunbathing. The front patio area is surrounded by a pretty garden and has a table, four chairs and an umbrella.

The 'Fantastic' Villa Morina

We stayed in this fantastic villa which is a perfect home from home. Pissouri bay is a beautiful location with friendly locals and ex pats. The villa is well equipped and in perfect condition. The garden is a sun trap and a great place to forget the rest of the world. We would recommend a car as we found cyprus a amazing island well worth exploring. The ampeli restaurant close to the villa served great food and the view at dusk was breathtaking. If you are looking for a romantic hideaway with a magical touch we can not reccomend villa morina enough. Huge thankyou to Maureen and Brian we will return soon.

A perfect 'home from home'

We had a wonderful 12 days in Villa Marina, perfect situation for both the beach and sight-seeing, although we would recommend hiring a car if you want to see more of Cyprus. We hired one and the surrounding area was beautiful.
The Villa was in great condition and a perfect size for 2 people, it was a real 'home from home' with a lovely terrace and views at the back.
It was situated near a lovely local restaurant, shops, beach and the swimming pool, which was lovely, quiet and well kept.
We will deffinitely be looking to return to Villa Marina next year!

The description in Holiday Rentals publicity was accurate and the property offered good value for money. The house is compact, but very clean and it provided an excellent base for a couple. Although it is sited on a complex with other properties, it is very private and the rear patio garden is not overlooked. Owner lives nearby and rang to check that everything was OK, but was not intrusive. Access is good by car, but there is a hill to walk up if you are on foot. Ten minutes walk from quiet beach (quiet in April, at least!).

This villa has everything you need to cater and entertain yourelves, very clean, everything in good order, the owner was very helpful.
You will need a car to see any sights as the location including the nearby seafront is very quiet, basically about 8 restaurants.
Owner's Response: The reviewer is quite correct in stating that the location and bay are quiet. Ampelohori is a very tranquil and peaceful location. The beach is totally unspoilt and is never crowded.
Apart from the eight restaurant's and taverna's there are several small supermarkets, a car hire company, a dive centre, a spa, an excellent hotel, a bar and various other shops.

Stayed for three glorious weeks October 2008. Villa is beautifully presented, extremely well-equipped and very comfortable. Very peaceful location although it backs on to an excellent restaurant and is two minutes from the lovely shared pool. The owners are very helpful and live locally and are always within contact. The villa is perfect for couples and ideally located for sightseeing or the beach. We would recommend this villa to our friends and intend to stay again in 2009.
