Situated away from the tourist resorts - real Cyprus, in a residential area of Souni, a Cypriot village approx 10 km from the Limassol to Paphos highway towards the Troodos Mountains. A great location for those wishing to simply relax by the pool whilst on holiday, or spend time with the rest of their party... Also perfectly placed to tour around Cyprus; One can easily drop down to Kourion Beach (approx 5-7 minutes), a sandy beach with 3 beach cafes/restaurants. Or head into Limassol (approx 15 – 20 minutes), a busy diverse city with a great Old Town and shopping facilities. Drive North into the Troodos Mountains (approx 20 – 30 minutes) whilst visiting various traditional Cypriot villages en-route… Being within the Limassol district, traveling to/from Paphos or Larnaca International Airports is a practical option.

The living area is very comfortable with a fireplace and patio doors to the garden, the dining table seats 8 and is served by a well equipped kitchen with all one would need (including a washing machine in the separate utility room). Outside there is a large patio area and further lower terrace ideal for sun bathing around the swimming pool. The property has outside table and chairs where you will enjoy many meals, as well as suns beds to relax and work on the tan…
