RATED THE MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION IN THE PAPHOS AREA. This first floor apartment is located in a small gated development right on the shoreline. It has magnificent views across the limpid, blue Mediterranean. Be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves! The coast is west-facing and the sunsets across the sea are to be dreamed of. There is a reserved covered parking under the apartment. There is a four hour spring clean between lettings. It is less than 20 yards to the swimming pool with its roman steps and paddling pool. Next to the swimming pool is a large area for sun-bathing overlooking the sea. There is more information on our website. Please contact us for the URL. Well behaved children over the age of 10 are welcome.

We are located in a small gated community right on the sea. It is about 800 yards from the main Paphos to Coral Bay road. There is a regular bus service into Paphos about 3 miles away. Fields of bananas, oranges, olives and figs are still interspersed in the locality. The unspoilt Akamas peninsular and the spectacular Troodos mountains are each just 1 hour's drive away. The ancient sites of Paphos are right on the doorstep - Tombs of the Kings, the ancient amphitheatre and the picturesque port dating back to the time of Ulysses. Cyprus has it all, from snow in the mountains in winter to glorious sunshine for most days of the year. Come and enjoy the natural hospitality of the Cypriots in their tavernas and fishing villages.

Notes: Arcadia Village is a small, private, gated community. It is tranquil and secure within a few metres of the sea - no roads to cross. This two bedroom flat, on the first floor, has magnificent views of the sea in all its moods from its ample terrace and living room. The sea views from the master bedroom are of star quality. Suits discerning couples or family. For many other photos, please contact us for our web address. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and all windows have fly-screens installed. The terrace is fully equipped with table, chairs, two sunloungers and a large parasol to provide ample shade if required. For pool-side use there are two more sunloungers, chairs and a parasol available - as well as several inflatables. For entertainment there is a small library of books, Cd's and DVDs for your use. There are also a number of games (scrabble, chess, plus many more). WiFi INTERNET ACCESS is available for this apartment but please let us know in advance if you require this.

Internet and Self Catering Starter Pack:

We know how awkward it can be arriving perhaps at unsocial hours and needing a restorative cuppa! So we supply as standard to get you started: tea, instant coffee, evaporated milk, sugar and bottled water. In addition, at your request we can provide, for an extra 10 pounds, a welcome pack which typically includes: fruit juice (1 litre), eggs (6), bread (toast sliced), jam (small pot), spread or butter.

Cleaning, Laundry and smoking:

Cleanliness is our watchword. The apartment gets a 4-hour spring-clean before each guest arrives. Sue (our housekeeper who lives locally) can do an interim clean if required. This is a non-smoking apartment. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking in the apartment.

Heating and Air conditioning :

The cost of electricity is quite hogh in Cyprus. Please note that (unlike many other apartments) the rates include the costs of heating and air conditioning.

Golf:

There is a driving range 1 km away. There are also several golf courses within 30 mins drive.

Lovely apartment which was just as described. The apartment was clean, in a quiet location with great views. Just what we needed. Excellent communication with owner, who was very helpful.
Restaurant and shop close enough to walk to, but we hired a car for the week which enabled us to see more of the island.
We had a fantastic week.

Fantastic apartment, we'd like to keep secret!!

What a great holiday we've just returned from in Cyprus (Sept/Oct 2011), a great time of the year, weather still hot but not those steamy nights! The apartment was just perfect, everything you could possibly want or need, great location, fabulous views, lovely pool and a bar not too far away for a stroll out in the evening although we would recommend a car to get the "hub" of things. This was by far the best apartment we have stayed at in the Paphos area and we've been coming to Cyprus for the last 16 years! Can't wait to make it 17...

best hol ever no more hotels for us

we have just came back 16/ 3/2011 and had the best week ever, we did not want to come home, it was so home from home, lovely all you could ask for was there all very fresh and clean and safe,
i hope to go back if allowed, i had the best weeks sleep in years, we did not go out much at night as we felt at home thankyou, it was lovely

IDEAL WINTER RETREAT

We chose apt. because of views,and were not disapointed.Exactly as shown and described.Area was peaceful and beautiful.Owner was most helpful prior to leaving U.K.giving us lots of useful info.Apt. was close enough to shops and restaurants to walk[10-15mins],but a car is definately a good idea.We are certainly going back soon.

Utterly Perfect

The apartment is quiet, with an amazing view of the ocean. The infinity pool is warm and lovely, and there was hardly anyone in it the whole time we were there. Pretty much anything you need is in the apartment, and although you need a car to get anywhere, it's really central to exploring the coastline. There are only a few English channels on the TV, but the archaeological sites in the Paphos area are so numerous you wont want to stay home much anyway. Highly recommended.
