It has magnificent views across the limpid, blue Mediterranean. Be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves! The coast is west-facing and the sunsets across the sea are to be dreamed of. There is a reserved parking alongside the apartment. It is less than 50 yards to the shared swimming pool with its roman steps and paddling pool. We are located in a small gated community right on the sea. It is about 800 yards from the main Paphos to Coral Bay road. There is a regular bus service into Paphos about 3 miles away. Fields of bananas, oranges, olives and figs are still interspersed in the locality. The unspoilt Akamas peninsula and the spectacular Troodos mountains are just 1 hour's drive away. The ancient sites of Paphos are right on the doorstep - Tombs of the Kings, the ancient amphitheatre and the picturesque port dating back to the time of Ulysses. Cyprus has it all, from snow in the mountains in winter to glorious sunshine for 340 days of the year. Come and enjoy the natural hospitality of the Cypriots in their tavernas and fishing villages.

Arcadia Village is a small, private, gated community. It is tranquil and secure. The shoreline is just a few yards away -- no roads to cross. Air conditioning and heating is included in the rates. Well behaved children are welcome. Smokers are requested to refrain from smoking inside the apartment. The Television provides BBC World, CNN, EuroNews plus six local channels (English news several times a day, English films most evenings).

Self Catering Welcome Pack

We know how awkward it can be arriving perhaps at unsocial hours and needing a restorative cuppa! So we supply as standard to get you started: tea, instant coffee, evaporated milk, sugar and bottled water. In addition, at your request we can provide, for an extra CY£6.00 (pay when you get here), a welcome pack which typically includes: fruit juice (1 litre), eggs (6), bread (toast sliced), jam (small pot), spread or butter.
