Lovely apartment for good price!

Enter this delightful 2 bedroom apartment into a spacious welcoming lounge. The sliding patio doors lead to a large sunny balcony. Here you can enjoy a leisurely meal whilst watching the sun set over the Mediterranean. There are individual balconies from all rooms and the fully equipped kitchen has a covered balcony on which you can enjoy a quiet breakfast. The master bedroom is en-suite with a shower cubicle and the second bathroom has a bath with shower over. The double and 2 single beds provide perfect accommodation for four people, but there’s also a leather sofa-bed in the lounge area. We would be happy to provide a welcome food pack on request. Baby equipments can be hired.

Notes to the rental rates

• The keys, contact details, telephone number and inventory list will be given on arrival by the company. One set of key is given by Universal Vacations personally upon arrival at the apartment. Rentals are on the basis of self catering, with no daily maid service. The cleaning is provided upon vacating the property. A no smoking policy exists, and those who do smoke run the risk of paying the cleaning bills to remove the smoke and any damage caused by cigarette burns. Cancellation of your booking can be made up to 30 days prior to the date of occupation and refund of 50 % of the deposit returned. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date the deposit is refundable, less a 85 Euros administration charge.

Getting married...

For contracting civil marriage in Cyprus one must apply personally to the marriage Officer at the municipality of their choice in order to go through certain formalities. In case of notice, the parties to be married have to stay in Cyprus about 20 days. The prescribed fee is 75 CYP. In case of emergency however a special license can be obtained from the marriage officer, the prescribed fee is 165 CYP.

The excursions comprise: visits to all the important places, the services of qualified guides, transportation in air conditioned coaches, entrance fees.

Fishing...

Normal fishing with hooks and weight, or trolling are the permitted methods for which no license is required. Sport fishing licenses are required by law for those fishermen who use: 1. Boats and fishing-nets, loglines and traps 2. Nets without a boat Fishing boats can be found at Paphos Harbor, Agios Georgios Pegeia, Polis (Lakki and Latsi) and at Pomos.

Skiing Information:

Snow skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympos from the beginning of January to the end of March. Mount Olympos is only 3 km from Troodos Hill resort and about an hour’s drive from the seaside town of Limassol and the capital Nicosia.

Golf Information:

Three golf courses operate on the island: 1. Tsada golf club: The club is situated near Tsada village 20 minutes drive. It is 18 hole golf course created by Donald Steel. 2. Secret Valley golf club: It is located 18 km east of Paphos and 49 km from Limassol near “Petra Tou Romou” the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. 3. Aphrodite Hills: a 18-hole golf international golf course located near the birthplace of Aphrodite.
