Notes to the rental rates

• The keys, contact details, telephone number and inventory list will be given on arrival by the company. One set of key is given by Universal Vacations personally upon arrival at the apartment. Rentals are on the basis of self catering, with no daily maid service. The cleaning is provided upon vacating the property. A no smoking policy exists, and those who do smoke run the risk of paying the cleaning bills to remove the smoke and any damage caused by cigarette burns. Cancellation of your booking can be made up to 30 days prior to the date of occupation and refund of 50 % of the deposit returned. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date the deposit is refundable, less a 85 Euros administration charge. electricity included. However, excessive use of the air conditioning/heating will result in an additional charge.
