  • BOOKING INFORMATION:

    If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.
  • CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

    If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Apartment Details: The apartment was completely renovated during the summer of 2008 and has had new marble floors, new kitchen and interior woodworks and new designer furniture. It enjoys breathtaking unobstructed sea views and is considered to be one of the finest properties in Coral Bay Village, Paphos. Close proximity to a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, and the sandy beach of Coral Bay make the property ideal for holidays.

Good equipped apartment with a nice view from the balcony to the sea. Close to tourist center but far away from noise.
Owner's Response: It's always nice to hear that guests have enjoyed their stay. This apartment is probably the finest on the project as we have spared no expense in upgrading the property to a truly luxurious standard.

Lovely apartment in quiet location

This apartment was very nicely furnished and spotless. A warning if you have young children that the two low double beds have boxed panels around them which are quite easy to bang into and I felt were too large for the size of the room. I was disappointed that there was no proper shower, just a handheld attachment. Having said that, we both had a great time and thought that overall it was a lovely apartment. They had thoughtfully provided milk,water,coffee, sugar and juice (no toilet roll!). The apartment was well equipped with loads of towels and bedding.We hired a car from Savvas , as recommended by the owner, and were very pleased with the service.Well worth hiring a car while you are here. Drove to several places and would recommend Curium (or Kourion in Cypriot). There is an archaelogical site here and a lovely beach. Weather was beautifu for our whole week, average 29 degrees.

Lovely apartment, great location, beautiful island

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely apartment.
Clean, spacious and well equipped (except for lack of corkscrew!!) it was 5 mins walk to restaurants and supermarkets, 10-15 min stroll to lovely sandy beach and most importantly it was peaceful at night!.
Would have loved a welcome pack or info folder so people new to the Island know where to visit, however recommend Limassol, Polis and surrounding areas. Also beautiful, but pebbly, beach at Pissouri.
Just a note to point out the on site bar/cafe doesn't open until May but the pool is clean and available even in April.
Would definately return but only when they do a supersonic plane so it's not a 4.5 hour flight!!.

Fantastic apartment, very well equipped, and spectacular views. The photographs, particularly of the balcony and view do not do it justice. Really close to resturants and bars with just a 2 minute walk, walking distance to beach, but away from the noise of the central area of Coral Bay. We had the most fantasic time, and didn't want to come back to cold, rainy England!

An excellent property well presented and maintained. Great location, overlooking sea, peaceful yet close to shops & restaurants. Bit further from beach than we thought - approx 15mins walk. Some nfo in property about local area would have helped. Great taxi service pre-arranged.Highly recommended!
