The lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished with choice fittings as well as the kitchen being equipped with modern appliances. Air conditioning throughout is supplemented by ceiling fans in each room for your comfort, in addition there is a pull down sofa bed in the lounge sleeping two persons. This spacious property has a secured private entrance lobby with two lifts. The sizeable balconies overlook the swimming pool, surrounding gardens and Paphos Town.

Located off Tomb of the Kings Road and only 150 metres from the beach. Only 2 minutes walk from the local shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas and is ideally situated on a main bus route. The harbour of Kato Paphos is a 15 minute stroll and is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by whilst sipping an ice cool drink. In the evening the restaurants that line the quayside come alive serving fresh fish and the traditional Cypriot 'Meze' The market in the old town is 10 minutes walk away where the hustle and bustle of everyday living mixed with tourist visitors hunting for bargains makes an idyllic setting. There are many places of interest in and around Paphos a guide book can be found at your apartment. Some not to be missed are the Troodos Mountains with its pine scented forests and more closer to home the Paphos villages where time has stood still and friendly hospitality is the norm. Hiring a car is easy and we can arrange a rental car to be available from the airport.

  • All bookings are normally from Wednesday to Wednesday however this is flexible to your requirements if the property is available. Linen and towels are provided and maid service once per week. The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Babysitting service available on request. Special prices for longer period winter letting are available (eg. three weeks for the price of two) please ask for details.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable eight weeks before departure. A security deposit of £85 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage.

Cyprus For A Perfect Holiday: Cyprus is the third largest Island in the Mediterranean, it is an island of beauty and a country of contrasts. Cool, pine-clad mountains are a complete scene-change after golden sun-kissed beaches. Tranquil, timeless villages are in striking contrast to modern cosmopolitan towns. Luxurious beach side hotels can be exchanged for large areas of natural unspoilt countryside. Yet in Cyprus all distances are easily manageable, mostly on modern roads and highways - with a secondary route or two for the more adventurous. The summers are long and hot, fruit trees buckle under the weight of their bounty as do the vines, the grapes of which go into producing some fine local wines. The Island has long been of great strategic importance and boasts the legacy of many of its occupying empires, fortifications built by the Crusaders still stand. A holiday here is idyllic, there is lots to see and plenty to do, the welcome is warm and the weather likewise.

Local Shopping: Part and parcel of any holiday is the question of what to take home. Leather is very good value. The shoe shops stock up-to-date styles at very reasonable prices. Handbags, suitcases and jackets are a good bargain. Shoes and jackets, as well as men's suits and shirts, can be made-to-measure within a week or so. Handicrafts abound on every shopping street. A good spot to view them is the Cyprus Handicraft Centre in Lefkosia, with retail shops in every town. Small items of the distinctive, traditional pottery make good gifts, and so does Cyprus copper ware and filigree silver. Always popular is the beautiful 'Lefkaritika' or ' Lefkara Lace'. Folkweave, needle and crochet work, woodwork and basketwork are a few more of the things visitors like to take home with them, not to mention Cyprus brandy which can be bought by the demijohn, Commandaria and even Halloumi - the Cyprus cheese.

Golfing: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is a unique up-market experience The Award Winning Golf course is located near to the birthplace of Aphrodite, only 2 mins from the main Limassol-Paphos highway. The course is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaux, 300m metres high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres.

We had a lovely holiday, staying at this apartment. As a family of three, we did find it spacious and it was beautifully cool: aircon in both bedrooms & the sitting area, and an extra fan over the dining area too. There is a small balcony with a lovely pool view that caught the sun in the early morning & was good for clothes drying . Also, the back bedroom has a glimpse of the sea, whch was nice to wake up to. The general feeling of the apartment was very pleasant too: some lovely pictures & ceramics on the walls (even a plant to water that made us feel very "at home"). It is in a central location and is about 150 yards from the bus stop that takes you to Coral Bay (or the other way to the Harbour). However, it's a bit further to the beach than suggested in the information: more like 500 yards. Also, this beach is not a place for easy swimming as the water's edge is covered with very slippery rock. If you want beach life, then you really do have to go to Coral Bay ( or a similar distance in the opposite direction), which is a 20 minute bus journey. We recommend Curium Bay (Kourion) by car, too!

The main reason for saying "almost" excellent, rather than a straight "excellent", is that the apartment was in need of several small repairs. It gave the impression that it had been done up 10 years ago and then left. The sofabed is old and doesn't work (so the apartment can't house more than 4 people!); the aircon in the sitting-room has water pouring from it intermittently; the clothes dryer is unstable and can't be fixed; there is no working light in the kitchen (the top light fixture is broken and the oven light AND fan don't work); the washing machine is old, works, but leaves soap on the clothes a bit and has a huge rust mark on the front, which is unattractive; the bathroom is spacious and has bath and shower, which is good, but the shower side is in need of some TLC; the safe doesn't work; there are other bits of dilapidation too like knobs coming off and broken lampshades, broken pool beds. But...

We didn't mind these things as they couldn't detract from the glorious sunshine outside and the delight of being able to relax in the cool here afterwards, but this apartment does need someone on-site to call on for help with maintenance (lights in kitchen!) or replacements of things expected (sofabed, safe).

One last bit of advice: if you need a doctor, try the pharmacy first. We didn't know that and it cost a fortune to see a Dr!
