A fully air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment in a small modern development, equipped to a very high standard. Completed in Summer 2004, this is a small development of only 26 apartments and town houses, with shared pool, allocated parking and lift. Situated on the first floor in a residential area of Kato Paphos, the resort area of Paphos, it overlooks a conservation site and is within easy walking distance of the historic harbour, 2 beaches, a wide variety of bars and restaurants and numerous shops. Ideally suited to spending lazy days by the pool or the beach, exploring historic sites and experiencing the nightlife. Easy access by car or bus to Polis and Latchi, the Akamas National Park, the popular beach at Coral Bay or the many villages of the Troodos Mountains. Whether you prefer the sophisticated harbour restaurants, the lively nightlife of Bar Street or something in between, you will find this an ideal location whilst being away from the noise of bars and restaurants.

Paphos is situated at the western end of Cyprus and boasts the best weather, warmer in winter and not so fiercely hot in summer. Whilst Cyprus has many picturesque, historic and exciting places to visit, both during the day and at night, Paphos itself provides enough variety to entertain you for the whole of your stay. Paphos comprises two areas, the 'old town' is a busy and thriving commercial area with many businesses and shops. It is worth visiting the municipal market for fresh fish, fruit & vegetables. We chose our apartment in Kato Paphos because of its convenient location. Kato Paphos is the resort area, close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Use it as a base for travelling the sites of Cyprus, or a take short stroll from the front door to the semi pedestrianised narrow streets with enough bars, restaurants and other entertainment to keep you busy all holiday. Whether you choose a quiet drink and relaxing meal or a livelier music bar, you won't need to travel any further.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment is by cheque drawn on a UK bank. Overseas guests may pay by bank transfer at your cost. £50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This is payable in addition to the rental cost to cover any damage and return of the key. Full payment is required at least 6 weeks before travelling and in the case of cancellation the deposit is non refundable. After your holiday the deposit will be returned to you on return of the key within 4 weeks and a satisfactory report from our cleaning service.

We chose to buy this apartment because of its convenient location. Whether you choose a quiet drink and relaxing meal or a livelier music bar, you won't need to travel any further!

The Apartment: Having visited many rental apartments around the Mediterranean, we are very proud of the standard of the furnishing and equipment we have provided. We use this apartment both for our own and family holidays and chose to provide a little more comfort and equipment than is usual. Full air conditioning is included in the price, many charge extra. If you are staying for two weeks or more, you will get a weekly linen/towel change and clean. The accommodation comprises 1 bedroom with twin beds, lots of wardrobe and drawer space, sun blinds and a patio door to the balcony. 1 bathroom with washbasin, toilet, full sized bath with shower over bath, shaver socket and hair drier. The open plan kitchenette is well equipped with full sized electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron & ironing board. The open plan lounge/diner has a 3 seater double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, occasional tables, TV, DVD, Music Centre, dining table, 4 chairs and dresser.

Local Golf Courses: Paphos Region boasts three golf courses all within an easy drive. The older established courses at Tsada and Secret Valley and the new championship course at Aphrodite Hills. All offer very good facilities including club hire (check before arriving).

Highly recommended for all age groups. The owners, Brett and Janet provided lots of really useful info about Cyprus and their apartment before we went. I couldn’t believe how close we were to the resort centre with lots of restaurants and bars without any noise. Just a few minutes walk as advertised. Brilliant location and nice group of people around the pool as most visitors own their apartments. The apartment is extremely well furnished and well looked after, just like a home from home with everything we needed. Great location for visiting the island. We hired a car but it’s not necessary as the bus service is good. Loads to see and do in Paphos and elsewhere and we’re going back in 2009 for my birthday.
