This comfortable fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, is located within the “Paradise Gardens I” complex which is designed in traditional Cypriot style with special attention to detail and quality and is situated in a beautiful setting, in the residential area of Kato Paphos. Just a 15 minute drive from Paphos international airport, the apartment is a 10 minute walk to “Bar Street” and a 15 minute walk to the picturesque harbour area. The roomy open-plan living area leads through patio doors to a large private patio and compact garden, and then on to spacious communal gardens and swimming pools.

Additional information about rental rates

  • No extra charges for electricity/air conditioning / heating. Cost are per week for the apartment (not per person). No under occupancy supplement. Lettings are from 4pm on the first day to 12 noon on the last day, or otherwise by prior written agreement.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to the let. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the let require full payment at time of booking. No refund will be given for cancellations unless received in writing 28 days prior to the let. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required for any damages. Guests must agree not to smoke in the apartment. We hold the booking provisionally for 10 days to allow time for your deposit to reach us. After this time the apartment will be re-offered.
  • Long term lets are welcome, rates on application.
