Just a 15 minute drive from Paphos international airport, the apartment is a 10 minute walk to “Bar Street” and a 15 minute walk to the picturesque harbour area. The roomy open-plan living area leads through patio doors to a large private patio and compact garden, and then on to spacious communal gardens and swimming pools.

342 SUNSHINE DAYS A YEAR... Paphos, known as the culture capital of Cyprus, this ancient town is set in the South West of the Island, on a sunning stretch of coastline with a hinterland of sub-tropical banana plantations and citrus groves. Although Paphos has rapidly developed into a popular resort it still retains its charm and character and has much to keep visitors occupied, with lots of ancient sites, and monuments to explore. It is the ideal town for combining the pleasures of sightseeing, with the relaxing beach life with its sandy beaches and crystal clear water. In contrast to the old town of Paphos with its traditional tavernas, open air cafes and market place, it has a wealth of international restaurants, bars and clubs, which stretch from the picturesque fishing harbour in Kato Paphos with its ancient Roman breakwater and 16th century Venetian fort, all along the coastal road to Coral Bay.

Notes to the rental rates

No extra charges for electricity/air conditioning / heating. Cost are per week for the apartment (not per person). No under occupancy supplement. Lettings are from 4pm on the first day to 12 noon on the last day, or otherwise by prior written agreement.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to the let. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the let require full payment at time of booking. No refund will be given for cancellations unless received in writing 28 days prior to the let. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required for any damages. Guests must agree not to smoke in the apartment. We hold the booking provisionally for 10 days to allow time for your deposit to reach us. After this time the apartment will be re-offered.
