It is situated on a small private complex with a large private swimming pool and with the added bonus of showers and washrooms situated close to the swimming pool for your use. There is no through road on this complex, therefore very family friendly. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas are provided free of charge. If you wish to hire a car during your stay, there is off the road covered parking. This apartment is walking distance from beaches and tourist area with its excellent restaurants and tavernas, shops and banks. The Harbour with its waterside restaurants is 10-15 minutes walk. A bus service is nearby going to the Market, Old Town, Coral Bay and the Water Park. The apartments are managed by a British team who will visit you if required. This executive apartment is positioned at the end of the complex on the 2nd floor and has the benefit of the sun on three aspects, therefore in a wonderful position. You have both sea and mountain views. It has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard in the wonderful Mediterranean style and the owners have thought of everything! There are two verandas, one leading from the lounge and one from the Main bedroom and corridor. There is the benefit of dual air conditioning units and ceiling fans, barbecue and heater on the veranda. All in all an apartment in an ideal position with more privacy than most and has the added benefit of being close to the Tourist Area. Transfers and hired vehicles can be arranged. This property is managed by a British team who will visit you if required. THIS APARTMENT IS IDEAL FOR A WINTER LET, AS IT HAS A WORKING GAS FIRE PLACE INSTALLED.
