These 2nd floor penthouse & ground floor aparts. are situated in a quite and peaceful residential area of Kato Paphos. Penthouse has views of the pool, sea and local area,whilst the ground floor has views around the pool. Both apartments have been decorated the identically, however, they are of a different design. The complex is within walking distance of the centre of Paphos, beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. These 2 bedroom en suite apartments have been furnished & equipped to a very high standard to include your every need ie pressurised showers, TV, DVD, Hi Fi, linen, hairdryer, safe, washing machine, microwave, oven & hob and fridge freezer. They are fully air-conditioned and can be used as heating in the winter. Ceiling fans are also fitted.The balconies or terrace come into their own for al fresco dining and watching the sun go down. The pool is directly below or in front of you, it's figure eight shaped with an ornamental bridge, palm trees, shrubs and shower area

We are situated in Kato (meaning lower) Paphos, around 15-20 mins from the main tourist areas where you will find the beach, bars and restaurants . Nearest supermarket is a 5 mins walk away. In the old town you have plenty of shops and a daily Cypriot market. It’s a golfer’s paradise with 3 excellent golf courses: Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley, all only a short drive away. Excellent modern water sports facilities including PADI diving centres are available at one of 3 beaches nearby including the well known Coral Bay beach. Other activities: cycling, rambling, evening dinner cruises, archaeological sites/museums, the famous Paphos harbour and fort For those of you who wish to explore, then a car would be recommended, the good news is they drive on the left!! There is so many places in Cyprus to visit, don’t forget your driving licence, comfy shoes and of course your camera.

  • Prices include air-conditioning, a safe & luxury welcome pack. Change over day is generally Sunday or Wednesday, other days may be available depending on bookings. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. If anyone is interested in a long term let, please contact us to discuss. Our representatives are English and will help you where they can. With respect, this is a non smoking apartment, however, smoking on the balcony is fine and an ashtray has been provided for this. A deposit of 20% is required, the balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £150 will be required 2 weeks prior to departure. When booking we will send you a booking form with terms & conditions.

Notes: These larger than average apartments have 2 bedrooms and sleep 4 but we have also provided a very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge that could sleep another 2. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, the double room has a 5' bed and the twin has 3' beds for your extra comfort. The double bedroom also has a vanity unit with stool. The kitchen/dining room and lounge are open plan with modern furnishings and TV, DVD, Hi fi. There are sunloungers & cushions provided by us, umbrellas are available around the pool area. A table & chairs with umbrella are on the balcony.

A great week

We have just spent a glorious week in Lorraine and Tony’s Paphos apartment. We picked the “detached” top floor penthouse apartment and it was perfect for all our needs. The accommodation was spacious, bright, clean and tidy with a good welcome pack and we could even see the sea from the balcony. Both swimming pools were available to all and they were kept very clean along with the surrounding patio areas. We were there for a wedding and more guests were staying in the same complex and we all found it had a very friendly atmosphere. Daily provisions were a short walk away as was breakfast if you wanted it. The sea and main town area was a good 20 minutes walk away but that did not pose any problems and taxis were in abundance if you did not want to walk both ways. We however did, most times, as we just enjoyed walking due to the fact that we do not do enough of this at home! Car Hire was so easy with Lorraine’s recommend firm. We were very lucky to have Lorraine and Tony there at the same time as us and they both made us all feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. They and their apartment come very highly recommend!

Our perfect holiday

The apartment was well situated and was decorated to a high standard. From the start everything was taken care of for us, (if you required it), from arranging flights, to pickup from the airport and transport back to the airport. We decided to have a hire car for a few days to get out and about and the hire company was also recommended to us. The bedrooms were spacious, there was A/C if needed and the kitchen was well equipped, even the tap water was filtered, so no carrying bottles from the supermarket! To sit on the balcony having breakfast looking at the inviting pool was wonderful. There were many and varied restaurants in town and we never had need to complain about any of them. There was so much to see in the area that we wished we had booked two weeks!

Relaxing Cyprus holiday

Four of us(2 adults and two teenage girls) stayed at Lorraine's Apartment in July 2007. The booking was handled very efficiently and we were also given a contact to book flights. The price included transfer from the airport and a welcome pack which was greatly appreciated(especially the wine!) as we arrived in the evening. The location of the apartment is a good walk(about 20-30 mins) from the main bars etc but you soon get used to it. We did get the odd taxi home at the end of some evenings. There is a small supermarket about a 5 minute walk down the road and a larger one about 10-15 mins away. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained and includes everything you need for a self catering holiday. The ensuite bathroom was a godsend especially with two teenage girls getting ready!!
The complex is quite quiet which was great for my husband and Ias we like to relax but the girls soon made friends with some people who worked out there but lived on the complex. The residents who live there permanantly made us feel very welcome and were all really friendly.
If you want to eat out there is plenty of choice down on the front, altough there is a taverna next to the supermarket which was very good and very reasonably priced. We never had a bad meal anywhere we ate to be honest and we really like our food!
Old town Pahos is within walking distance but can get a bit hot during the day so leave early. Coral Bay which is a nice beach can also be accessed by bus, as can the Water Park which is great for the children. We did hire a car for a few days in the middle of our fortnight to get out and about as there is plenty to see. There was a small shopping complex nearby with a Debenhams, but I understand that the shopping mall has been extended, so it's worth a visit if you like shopping!!
I would recommend this property to anyone and would certainly consider using Lorraine's apartment again in the future.

Ideal base for Cyprus holiday

We stayed at this apartment in July 2008. Lorraine was very helpful and accomodating when we booked the apartment. The property was in great condition, very clean and provided everything we needed for the two weeks ( including a/c ). The children enjoyed making use of the pool and the permanent residents on the complex made us feel very welcome.
Situated away from the Paphos harbour we were pleased to have a car which we made use of every day - we also took some DVD's for the kids which were good for keeping them out of the mid day sun.
We were delighted with our choice of accomodation and certainly wouldnt hesitate to choose it again for our next visit to Cyprus.
