This delightful middle floor apartment is fully equipped with quality appliances and soft furnishings to allow anyone a perfect holiday. The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with two pull down sofa beds to allow extra sleeping. The twin bedroom is fitted with air conditioning although both lounge and bedroom are supplemented with roof fans. There is a sizable balcony overlooking the mature gardens, baby and communal pool allowing for perfect al-fresco dining. A small welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

This one bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet location with pool and garden views from the balcony. Paradise Gardens II was only completed in 2002 therefore is in very good condition and only 10-15 mins walk from the main Kato Paphos tourist area, there you will find various shops, restaurants and bars, also in this area you will find the small fishing harbour and famous medievil fortress. Paphos has so much to offer everyone whether it be couples, elderly or a family holiday.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Linen, towels and hairdryer are provided although it is necessary to take own beach towels. The property is cleaned before arrival and once again when you vacate, if a clean during your stay is requested, there will be an extra cost. Welcome pack will be provided at no extra cost. Long term winter lets available (Please ask for details.) A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable eight weeks before departure. A security deposit of £60 must be paid in advance before your arrival, this will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found without damage and the keys returned.

Island of Cyprus: The island of Cyprus is a beautiful tranquil island mixing traditional values with modern living. The island has a mixture of golden beaches and timeless villages. The Cypriot people are very welcoming and friendly and there are lots to see and do during your holiday on the island.

Paphos area: Paphos has so much to offer on a holiday you will be pushed to fit it all in. A visit to Aphrodite waterpark is a must for families. For those who enjoy a bit of speed don't forget a visit to the go-karting circuit, available for beginners to the more experienced. For those of you who would prefer something more relaxing there is a mini-golf centre beside the Go-Karting. (Further details of these and other activities/excursions available from the guide books/brochures in the apartment.)

Transfer details: The transfer time from Paphos airport to apartment is approximately 15-20 minutes. Taxis are charging around £17 cyp for this journey. Car hire is available from airport and various other companies within Paphos.

Golf: Paphos has become a golfer paradise with the choice of three championship 18 hole golf courses. The Tsada Golf Club is just 20 mins by car from Paphos town and plays to a par 72. The second course is called The Secret Valley Golf Club and is 18 kilometres east of Paphos and it also plays to a par 72. The third course is known a the Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex. This was our first time in Cyprus and hopefully not the last. The excellent quality of this Paradise 2 apartment matched the friendliness of the Cyprus people. The Apartment was well equipped including a terrific private balcony over looking the lovely pool area. If renting a car it is an easy drive from Paphos Airport with the helpful owner providing easy to follow directions.

Very well equipted, clean apartment in a good location. Received a welcome pack which was handy as we arrived very late. This apartment was on a well kept complex near to all amenities. Received good instruction from owner on how to get from airport to apartment and they even offered to pre book a taxi if we required. Thourghtly recommend this apartment and will definatley book again.

the appartment was well equiped,clean and a 15 minute walk to the centre,pool was very nice and the area was quiet,ideal for a relaxing time,nearest shop about 10 minutes walk away,centre of paphos about 20 min walk to the harbour,we had a great time here and could recommend it.
