Kato Paphos holiday apartment: Limnaria Gardens / Villas

The excellent first impressions from the intial contact were held up in reality. The website information and the dowloadable Information booklet had unusually high attention to detail that gave a real sense of security.

On arrival everything was as detailed and more. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment and ancillary items such as a wide slection of DVDs, CDs, videos, books. Home from home or even better!
The complex is of a good standrd aound an attractive pool and garden area and as many of the residents own their own apartments it is particularly well looked after.
The location is ideal for anyone who likes walking into the new town and down to the harbour. The sea and beach are no more than 5 minutes away. There is a good selection of bars and restuants nearby and a 10-15 minutes walk gets you to a local supermaket but there are "mini-marts" close by.
The customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble, in fact the owners seem disapointed if there is nothing extra you want. There is a friendly local contact avialable to deal with any immediate queries but we never needed to do that.
Our restaurant recommendations are Happy Island as the best food nearby and Thessaloniki not far away for authentic fresh cooked Cypriot food and a lively welcome. We like the 6 Bells bar opposite the Annabelle Hotel for the friendly service

We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and indeed have already done so.
Just one thing to look out for - there are actually 3 locations close to each other called Limnaria something and this one, Villas, is the least known. If ordering a taxi for example be very specific about the address is Limnaria Villas, not Gardens.
