Apartment on the outskirts of Paphos, Cyprus – first floor, one-bed apartment (sleeps 4) in a small, quiet complex behind the Tomb of Kings. Furnished & equipped to a high standard, this home-from-home is a 5 minute stroll on level ground to local shops, bars, restaurants & the historical Tomb of Kings site. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a balcony & a French door leads to an unusually large covered terrace which has a table & 6 chairs for that essential sundowner & al fresco eating. Enjoy the sunset & sea views while sat on the two-seater swing on the balcony. The apartment also has its own roof terrace for enjoying the view of sunset & sea. Kings Sunset has lifts as well as stairs for access, a communal swimming pool & ample parking. The apartment has a/c/heating & full blackout blinds. The fee includes a Welcome Pack, utilities & the final clean & laundry. The key is placed in a special safe next to the door for easy access regardless of arrival time.

The private roof terrace is accessed via a wrought iron staircase & has views of both the sea & hills. The apartment has air conditioning/heating & black-out blinds throughout. A Welcome Pack awaits & linen, towels & beach towels are provided. A travel cot & linen is provided for a small fee of £15

Again I have used Rachels appartment on Kings Sunset(1st July- 8th July) Myself and my girlfriend Lynda do love this appartment and its location. It is beautifully clean and presented and I would recommend this as one of the cleanest appartments I have stayed in.

It location is just a short walk from the bars and restaurants and a small minimart called Andrews that sells almost all your needs and very competitive prices.

My husband and I enjoyed our four weeks stay, the apartment was everything it was ment to be.We did have a car, but there was no need for one as the apartment was every handy for Paphos town and the tourist area. Cyprus is a beautiful island especially up in the mountains.

ps. the only down side was the small size brush and mop in the apartment as we are not as young as we were,my husband ended up on his knees cleaning up.
