New Build 2006 Open plan design. Quiet area but close to all areas. Close to airport 15-20 minutes. Well kept communal pool and sun bathing area complete with toilets, changing rooms and shower. Parking space allocated.

The area has many historical places of interest. Tomb of the Kings, Mosaics, Greek churches, Paphos Market, Water Park, Golf course, Aphrodites Rock, Troodos Mountains. There is a local beach five minutes by car from the apartment and Coral Bay beach is twenty minutes away. The port of Limmasol is only an hours drive down the motorway where there are many good shops and restaurants. Polis, Pissouri are only an hours drive away on quiet roads, but the scenery is breathtaking, with little villages and some good places to eat. The little fishing harbour of Agios Georgios is peaceful and very beautiful with views of surrounding hills and sea and a lovely church on top of the hill. Kato Paphos is a great resort with a variety of bars restaurants and shops. The people are very friendly and make you very welcome. The holiday can be as quiet or as lively as you wish, with Bar Street enough to keep those who want a lively holiday happy! A number of bars have good live entertainment.

Eating Out
We have found some lovely restaurants to eat. Brams & List in the triangle area, opposite Amathus Beach Hotel. Excellent meals and live entertainment in the high season. Crocodile Bar does lovely English breakfast at very reasonable price, also does good snacks. Nature Bar does home cooked food and is also very good. The Moorings restaurant near the harbour does lovely meals and a good afternoon tea and cakes. There are Chinese, Italian, Indian, Japanese, Thai all available. Even a McDonald's! We have not been round all of the restaurants yet but the standard so far is very good. We visited Pissouri which is a lovely spot and found a nice local beach and some local bars and restaurants. Polis is also very nice and the drive has some great views. Try Big Mamas they do a huge plate of food and you mix and match menus ie steak, Mexican enjoyed the night there.
Golf Holidays
Paphos area has two golf courses at the moment and is building another 7 golf courses and hopes to make Cyprus a golfing holiday retreat.
Flights and Location
We have found that the sooner you book your flights, the cheaper you get them. Don't leave it to the last minute thinking you will get a bargain. We book usually six months in advance. We usually fly with BA but they have recently sold out to EasyJet. They start flying from April 2008. There are a lot of airlines flying to Paphos both scheduled and charter flights. First Choice, Thomson, Thomas Cook, My Travel, Cyprus Airways, Olympic, Eurocypria, Jet2. We hire a car because the Cypriots drive on the left the same as at home and you get to see a lot more of the island. Paphos and Larnaca airports are both being enlarged at the moment to cope with the capacity. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport to the apartment. We can send a map with directions but is is quite easy to get around Paphos and is a straight run from the airport. You can usually get a taxi from outside the airport or pre book one and you can also pick up your rental car from the airport.

Just come back after two lovely weeks. Great apartment for relaxing holiday, as there is absolutely everything you need , there is not the problem of eating out every night.
Nice home cooked meal and a few glasses of wine on the large balcony - great. This must have the best view in the area and the fireworks from the Wave Dancer are for free!!
Also the hotels on the front have displays that you can view as you are high up.
Close to supermarkets, and about 20 mins walk to Kato or the old part of town. Ideal if you have car as you are on the routes our of town to Limassol etc.
Other people there are a good mix of residents and rental.
The photos of the gardens don`t do it justice as the plants have grown a lot and the perfume from the shrubs is wonderful.
Can really recommend this apartment.
