Situated in a quiet area of Kato Paphos, Paradise Gardens is a prestigious development of mixed housing – apartments, terraced houses and villas surrounding a large kidney-shaped swimming pool and children’s pool in pretty, well maintained gardens. Our first floor, fully air conditioned apartment comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with large fitted wardrobes, and dressing tables. These are situated at the rear of the apartment overlooking a large private garden, therefore very quiet at night. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances. The spacious lounge has a convertible three piece suite, Radio, TV and DVD. The lounge opens out through patio doors on to a very large balcony that overlooks the Pools and garden and is equipped with table and 6 chairs, sun loungers & deckchairs. There is underground parking and a lift to the first floor giving accessibility to those with reduced mobility.

Boat and shore dives are available from Paphos where some of the best dive sites in Cyprus can be found. From the moment you dive into the crystal clear, warm water of the Mediterranean you will experience effortless, enjoyable diving and become addicted. Visibility is often in excess of 25 to30 metres. Each dive will reveal a new landscape as you discover caves and canyons; volcanic and limestone reefs; breathtaking wall dives; world-class wreck diving; and colourful marine life. Water temperature in summer is usually about 27-28 degrees. Diving courses in Cyprus are always available and ideal for all levels.

Golf Information:

PaphosIs ideally located for world class championship golf courses that can be played virtually thought the year. There are three beautiful courses, Tsada Golf Club, 20 minutes drive from Paphos, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex are both located approximately 20 Kilometers from Paphos and a very short distance from the main Limassol Paphos highway.
