Paphos is centrally located for many towns and villages such as Peyia, Coral Bay, St. Georges, Chlorakas, Geroskipou, Polis, Latchi, Limassol, Nicosia or a drive through to Larnaca and Aiya Napa. Paphos itself is 15 minutes from the airport. It boasts high Summer and mid season temperatures. There is a range of activities to suit every age group. Eating out is still much cheaper than most European countries and there are a variety of Restaurants ranging from Traditional Cypriot, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Steak Houses, Fish and Chips and many more. Walks to the tourist areas and the beach/waterfront are all on the flat with a slight hill up to the old town. Bus services nearby and private parking. The Universal area of Kato Paphos is located within a 15 minute walk of most amenities, waterpark, bird park, harbour, restaurants, banks and shops. this is a very clean well maintained apartment. i would recommend this property to my family and friends. the pool is lovely. the owner is friendly and very helpful. we had a lovely holiday and would like to go again.

We have just returned from a brilliant holiday in this apartment and just could not fault it. Excellent position overlooking the pool, and within walking distance of both harbour and old town, also two small "corner shops"within a two minute walk. the place was really spotless and we had a good supply of books and dvd`s. Doug was very helpful and only too pleased to point out interesting places what more could we ask!!! would recommend this apartment and would be happy to return.

MARIA APARTMENT JUNE 2008.

I found the Maria to be superbly fitted out and is the best equipped apartment I’ve ever been to.
We loved the pool and we loved Cyprus as a whole.

The transfers went extremely smoothly.

Only issue for me only, was the fact that Paphos is so big now with building work everywhere around. This is only a small issue as the pool area is very secluded by the trees planted around it, and there is always privacy for sunbathing at the private clean pool.

Would suit all age groups including families and is a super base to explore the rest of the West Cyprus. Car hire recommended as it's too hot to walk everywhere.

First time in Paphos but could not have found a better quality apartment in the town. Close to both the market, Old Town and Harbour, all within walking distance.
Excellent reception by Paphos representative and comprehensive hand over.
Everything new and apartment in pristine condition. nice little thoughtfull items left by owners/previous occupants giving local infomation, restuarant reccommendations etc.
It felt like a home from home. Cool for April but the air conditioning would be appreciated during the summer months.
The appartment really made our holiday.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This is the place to stay in Paphos

I have been visiting the Paphos are for a number of years and I stayed in hotels, apartments etc. However late last summer I decided to check for a rental property for myself and my husband and I came across this wonderful place within walking distance of everything. It is part of a small complex of 10 or 12 apartments and our friends came with us and stayed in the apartment below. Everything we wanted was in both apartments - a large private pool, close to shops, restaurants, nightlife and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful harbour. The owner, Douglas, (if I remember correctly) was most helpful from start to finish and took care of our transfers and even arranged car hire for us. On site there was an exceptionally nice couple - nicknamed General Grivas and Wife, - who made our stay even more enjoyable particularly with the BBQ night. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a really special holiday in Paphos. Emma
