In late January & February, snow falls on the nearby Troodos Mountains & it is possible to take a ski trip & a dip in the sea on the same day! Legend has it that this was the birthplace of Aphrodite, the mythological Goddess of beauty & love & the legacy of this island's remarkable history has lead to UNESCO taking the decision to add the entire to it's list of world heritage sites. Notes: No expense has been spared to afford guest's every possible comfort. The kitchen has an AEG digital hob, oven, full sized fridge-freezer and dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker & all the equipment required by even the most demanding gourmet cook. The living area has a large flat screen LCD Satellite TV (channels include, BBC1, BBC2 & ITV) Hi Fi with MP3 connector, DVD player with extensive DVD/CD library and a selection of games. One sofa easily converts to a fully flat large double bed and the other contemporary chaise lounge style sofa is perfect for those guests who prefer single sleeping. The apartment is serviced by a wheelchair accessible lift and there is private undercover parking for one car and additional outside parking for additional vehicles.

The service: A welcome pack including, milk, mineral water, juice, yoghurt, fruit, bread, preserves & a bottle of wine-with the compliments of the owners. A linen/towel change is provided midway through each 2 week stay and additional cleaning and linen change service can be arranged on request.

Booking Notes: Bookings are accepted upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Balance payment is due six weeks prior to travel. The owners regret that no refunds will be given upon cancelation and it is reccomended that adequate travel insurance is in place to protect against any losses arising from unforseen circumstances. Facilities at Queens Gardens have been described as accurately as possible but the owner's cannot accept responsibility for the availability of these facilities during your stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but guests are welcome to smoke on either of the balconies where ashtrays are provided.

''Having stayed in a large number of self-catering apartments throughout Europe we have never found such high quality furnishings and specifically, such excellent attention to detail. To access Sky TV on large flat screens was superb and we couldn't believe our luck when we saw the choice of films on DVD! With such a high spec kitchen, we actually enjoyed staying in on more than one evening.'' My perfect holiday

We travelled to Paphos in June. I am a person that can usually find something to complain about but on this occasion our stay at this apartment was perfect - from the time the taxi (arranged by the owner) collected us from the airport till the time he took us back for our return journey home. The apartment is situated in nice, quiet surroundings and was luxurious. It was apparent no expense had been spared as it was stunningly furnished and tastefully decorated. It was in immaculate condition and was definitely home from home. On arrival there was a welcome pack of essential foodstuffs, even a bottle of wine, which added a perfect touch to the holiday. All the facitilites were first class even down to the guest information folder which we found extremely useful. The beach and also the bars and restaurants, of which there are a huge choice were just a short stroll away. The harbour was also in easy walking distance and is definitely worth a look. We would also recommend visiting Coral Bay Beach which is a short bus ride away although the complex has a lovely quiet pool area which is extremely clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and I've never spent so much time relaxing on holiday. We would recommed this apartment to everyone and will definitely be visiting again. You will have a fabulous stay! Thank you very much to Niki the owner for a faultless customer service.

Worth every penny and more !

The description of this apartment did not prepare us for just how perfect it actualy is. The owners arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport (we arrived into Paphos v.late) and the lovely driver was their waiting for us despite the flight being delayed to take us right to the door, which took less than 20 minutes. When we arrived the wow factor was amazing-the apartment itself is really spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated. There were toiletries in the bathroom, ice in the freezer, bread, milk, fresh coffee and juice etc- and a lovely chilled bottle of wine in the fridge. The kitchen had everything you could think of in terms of equipment and there was satelite tv and dvd players in both rooms and lots of books and dvd's. The complex is just beautiful with a lovely quiet pool area and gardens with a fountain and footbridge which you overlook from one of the two balconies in the apartment. The location was just perfect for us, we didn't hire a car as everything was in easy walking distance including the beach and the georgous harbour area, loads of great restaurants and bars. We had the most wonderful holiday and can't reccommend this apartment highly enough-we will be back !
