Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as it is agreed in advance. We require a 25% reservation deposit on confirmation of booking and the balance to be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. A 75 pound security deposit which will be refunded in full providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided and a complimentary welcome package.
