The region offers a wealth of opportunity to visit rural traditional villages, coastal ports, golden beaches and a wealth of tourist activities. Paphos offers beautiful countryside, breathtaking views, cosmopolitan resorts and excellent nightlife. Whatever your preference or interest the region caters for all, young and old alike. All beaches in Cyprus, are classified as municipal (open to all). Taking a 5 minute short walk from the apartment will bring you to the nearest. Such a beach is Rikki’s but this is just one of many dotted around the coast. By taking only a short journey you can visit Coral Bay Beach and Vardas Beach with their golden beaches. All along the coastline you will find other beautiful sandy spots to stop off at. Paphos harbour is only a 15 minute walk away from the apartment offering a vibrant harbour area where you can visit the 13th Century Venetian fort, stroll through the souvenir shops or just enjoy a drink and meal watching the world go by.

    MEDICAL SERVICES - Details of the nearest Pharmacy and hospitals are contained in the information pack in the apartment. Emergency treatment is free to tourists in Cyprus. For minor emergencies please use the first aid kit provided.
  • SAFETY NOTE - Whilst young children are permitted please be aware there is a third floor balcony
    PAYMENT - Cash, cheque, paypal or bank transfer. All payments received will be acknowledged in writing and where possible by email
    KEYS/SECURITY - Keys will be provided on arrival by the property manager and collected at the end of the holiday
    FLIGHTS - to Cyprus and transfers from the airport are not included in the rental cost. These should be booked seperatley
    LINEN - All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. We do ask you to supply your own towels for the pool and beach
    EMERGENCIES - You will be supplied with the telephone number of our property manager in Paphos and a list of contact details for emergency services
    CURRENCY - is the Cypriot pound. You should bring at least a small amount of currency to cover taxi/airport transfers. Banks with ATM's and currency exchange shops are within easy walking distance
    LANGUAGE - Greek but all locals speak good English
  • BOOKING CONDITIONS –
    • To secure booking a GB25% (of full rental) deposit is required with the balance paid 4 weeks prior to the letting date
    • Booking only accepted/secured on clearance of the payment
    • Non payment of balance will result in cancellation of booking and the deposit forfeited
    • A refundable breakage deposit of £100 will be required 4 weeks before departure which will be
    returned after 14 days pending an on site management report
    • No smoking is permitted within the apartment & sorry no pets allowed
    • Guests to replace breakages like for like
    • Guests to comply with community rules and regulations
    • Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week only to allow booking of flights

    Cancellation
    • Greater than 6 weeks before start date of the holiday – Deposit returned
    • 6 & 4 weeks before start of holiday – Deposit forfeited
    • Less than 4 weeks before start date of holiday – Total holiday cost forfeited unless able to re-let

The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18km to the East near the renowned birthplace of Aphrodite. With great views this 18 hole, par72 course has a pro shop stocking all the necessities. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is the latest addition, opening in 2002. The18 hole, par 71 course lies on two plateaus separated by a dramatic ravine. The seventh hole requires a long drive from one side to the other!! The facilities here are excellent. SKIING Can be found at Mount Olympus between January and March. Facilities include 4 ski lifts, cafes and restaurants.
