The apartment is located a short walk from the sea and and the many restaurants, and bars that Paphos has to offer. There are also 3 Golf courses within the area. A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom apartment furnished with lime-washed pine in the bedrooms and oak in both the lounge and dining area. There is a black leather 3 piece suite for lounging on after a hard days sunbathing and when you are bored of the sun or you want to get the children indoors for a time there is the large colour TV and a DVD player for them to play with as well as a good quality sterio CD system. The kitchen is fully appointed with every convenience of your own home which, for the period of your stay, is exactly what it is.There is a large fridge freezer to keep the drinks cool and of course what would any kitchen be without the corkscrew for opening the excellent local wines that Paphos has to offer. There is a convenience store and snackbar within a short walk that offers almost everything you could want.

There is a free Moma's and Poppa's Travel Cot in the second bedroom You will have clean bed linen and towels when you arrive,if you require a mid holiday change then this will have to be paid for locally or if you wish to book this at the time of your letting please let me know,if you wish to do this yourself then there is a washing machine outdoor drier and iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Our 2nd time of visiting this apartment, this time with an 18 month old baby. The apartment is clean, and offers all you could want to make your stay hassle-free and comfortable. We were particularly pleased with the high chair and travel cot which were available for use, they were as good as new. The apartment is ideal for a young family, as long as you are able to carry pushchairs etc up the two flights of stairs, which isn't difficult. The pool was also very clean and offered plenty of sun-beds to lounge around and soak up the sun. There is plenty of nightlife just a short walk away (max 15 mins). Will definitely be going back.

Second time we used the same apartment..just fantastic for a family with plenty of room & home comforts to match! All clean & tidy so certainly no complaints on that front. Kids enjoyed regular dips in the pool & plenty of area around it for lazing around & basking in the sun...& there's plenty of it! Plenty to do & see around the area & made good use of the hire car. After our first visit April 06 we decided to go again in October 07 but with 3 other families in same complex, all had a terrific time & will repeat in the coming years....can't say better than that!

Marinas Gardens Penthouse Stay 2008

What can i say..... well we had a very pleasant stay at the apartement in July, the apartment itself was fantastic. It was very clean, modern and full of all essential amenities that made for an overall enjoyed week away in Paphos. A short walk from the apartment we were able to visit the idyllic beach, local resturants and the marina from which we went on a must recommended boat trip on 'Ocean Flyer' which we managed to find from the suggestions book in the apartment (Great idea for those new to Paphos like we were.) The pool at the apartment was a good size and never that busy, we were able to secure sunbeds any time of the day and felt very relaxed in the peaceful surroundings.
Overall a brillaint place stay with that extra wow factor that would suit all!

Everything was as it said on the can and it was a nice apartment. The only thing that didn't work was the sat tv and we were unable to get a signal. We were interested in looking at the news only so this wasn't a big disappointment. We took DVD's with us so had something to view at the end of the evening when too tired to do anything else.
The view over the pool is great but not at the front where there is a large tract of land "being reviewed for development". There is a very small amount of noise in the morning from a neigbouring building site. Its not an easy walk to the harbour in the heat of the day and it takes about 20/25 min however, the pavements leave a lot to be desired and can be dangerous late at night.
The local taverna Pambis is OK but beware they don't take credit cards. The local shop is good for essentials and has a good range of local bread etc. Both are within a few minutes walk so very useful.
The pool is not very big and there was a problem in getting sun beds and shades as the towels were being put out early! However, this was not everyday and only when most of the apartments were occupied,which wasn't often. There are six sunbeds on the apartment balcony but its difficult to carry them down three flights of stairs.Everything by the pool was of good quality with no dodgy tiles etc and it was cleaned regularly.
