Two bedroom air-conditioned apartment located at Peyia Paradise, Peyia only 2km from Coral Bay and 12km from Paphos. Superb sea views. Total floor area 109q m (balcony: 21sq m plus apartment covered area: 88sq m) . The apartment is positioned on the edge of the Peyia Paradise complex (only 50 apartments) and was completed in 2005. Large communal pool measuring 18m in length with sunbathing area. Remote control air-conditioning and ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms. 21' stereo colour TV with satellite & digibox (all BBC Channels & ITV). Less than 10 miles to the west of Paphos and under 2 miles from the beach at Coral Bay, the apartment is located in a quiet position on a small complex in Peyia. A good selection of shops, bars and tavernas can be found less than 1400 metres from the apartment. In nearby Coral Bay there's an even greater selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The island of Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. Its 9,251 square kilometres (3,572 square miles) encompass citrus and olive groves, pine forested mountains, and some of Europe's cleanest beaches. Also, it is the easternmost island in the Mediterranean Sea. Cyprus is located 65 miiles west of Syria, 45 miles south of Turkey and 200 miles north of Egypt. The island has a mild, typically Mediterranean climate, with abundant sunshine even in winter (well over 300 days per year) and very little rainfall. In early Spring it is possible to ski on Mount Olympus and then swim in the sea later the same day.

We are flexible on arrival and departure days. Therefore you may arrive & depart on whatever day of the week suits you. Also, if you have an evening flight home, you may wish to book an additional night on a pro-rata cost basis, so that you may stay in the apartment as long as you wish on your final day.

Notes to the rental rates

A £100.00 deposit is required upon booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of chosen departure date must be paid in full. Please e-mail to request booking form & booking conditions. Extra persons (i.e. 5th person or 5th and 6th person) are £25 per person per week to cover cost of laundry, cleaning and utilities. Linen & towels are changed once per week. (NB: There is a plumbed in washing machine in the apartment along with airing and ironing facilities).

If a travel cot and / or high chair is required please let us know when you make your enquiry and we will arrange for these to be in the apartment for your arrival. You will need to bring cot linen with you and make use of the washing machine. There is no additional cost for cot hire or high chair. The apartment is non-smoking. We kindly request smokers refrain from smoking in the apartment.

| Notes: | Satellite TV includes some regional channels plus all BBC channels and ITV 1 (not Channel 4 or Channel 5). All region DVD player which also plays music Cd's in various formats (e.g. MP3, CD-R, CD-RW etc.) The large balcony measures 7m x 4m, has superb sea views and is equipped with quality patio furniture (four sun beds, table, six chairs and parasol). There are an additional four lightweight reclining sun chairs that can be easily carried for use by the pool. AIR CONDITIONING
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, controlled by easy-to-use remote control hand units. There is NO additional charge for the use of the air-conditioning. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also heating (should it be required) during the 'winter'.
TOWELS
Bath towels and hand towels are provided and are changed once per week. You will need only to provide beach towels.
Peyia Paradise Apartments
Peyia Paradise Apartments were completed in Jul '05. We have owned the property from new. The two bedroom apartment has a large sun terrace. There is an 18m long 'figure eight' communal pool with a shallow & deep end. There is an individual car parking space. An extremely quiet development with uninterrupted views across to the Coral Bay coastline. The beach at Coral Bay is just a 30-35 minute stroll away. The taverna's and shops in Peyia village are also just a 30-35 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is well placed to visit the Acamus Peninsula and the Troodos Mountains. English speaking representatives call once per week to supply fresh towels and bed linen. We would recommend car hire however it is possible to get a taxi from the airport to the apartment. We have an apartment closer to home, in Menorca, available for rental and which we've been advertising through Holiday Rentals since 2003. See property no: 7265 for more details. It's not too early to book for 2009!
Golf Information:
There are three quality golf courses within a one-hour drive from the apartment. Aphrodite Hills, east of Pathos, Secret Valley 12 miles further east of Pathos and Tsada which is the closest of the three golf courses to Peyia Paradise. All are 18 holes in length and set amidst stunning scenery.
