Spacious light & airy accommodation is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with hotel quality beds and superior furnishings. The large lounge has two leather sofas, coffee table and SKY TV on a flat screen. The well equipped kitchen makes self-catering a delight with both DISHWASHER & WASHING MACHINE, Ceramic Hob & full Oven, large Fridge/Freezer with integral wine rack, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. This large spacious apartment is furnished to provide either two double bedrooms or a double and a twin - ideal for families or two couples holidaying together. Peyia is a traditional hillside village overlooking the resort of Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline, with many excellent restaurants and taverns. A number of well stocked supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and an ancient church. Apartment Xenia is located in the lower Peyia area with about a 15 minute walk to the village centre and approximately 5 minutes drive from the resort of Coral Bay with its sandy beach. Paphos town, harbour, daily market and Water Park can be reached within 25 minutes drive, as can the Mosaics and Tombs of the Kings. The apartment is ideally located for those wishing to explore the nearby Akamas Nature Reserve, Pafos Bird Park or further North to Chrysochou Bay, incorporating the fishing harbour of Latchi and the old town of Polis.

  • AIR CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED, along with a weekly cleaning service and laundry change once per week. We can also provide an optional welcome grocery pack. You will only need to bring your own Beach Towels. Non refundable deposit of £100 to secure your reservation. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Lounge: Tastefully furnished with two leather sofas, air-conditioning unit, lamp table, coffee table, sideboard containing a collection of DVD's, CD's, family games and books. Flat screen TV with Sky TV including the full range of UK channels (BBC, ITV, Ch4, Ch5 etc.), DVD player and separate CD/MP3 player. Double patio doors lead onto a balcony equipped with its own round table and chairs which is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, overlooking the landscaped grounds and the beautiful views of the sea at Coral Bay. The spacious lounge has two sets of patio doors and it also has side window to the lounge and one in the dining area - which makes this a really light, spacious and airy apartment.

Kitchen, Dining: For dining there is a large round glass table, comfortably seating 5. The kitchen has granite worktops and fully integrated AEG appliances including ceramic hob, full size fridge/freezer with integral wine-rack, microwave, multifunction oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster. A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also provided. Few apartments are so well equipped - providing everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds, which on request can be joined to make a second king-size bed, making the apartment suitable for two couples. A fifth folding child's bed can also be supplied. The beds are made up ready for your arrival with Egyptian cotton sheets - beautifully cool in the summer months.

A beautiful flat, which would be difficult to fault, all furniture and fitting were of a good quality. The excellent beach is a short drive away, while the local village provides ample services and entertainment. Considering the size of the complex the swimming pool is of a good size, perfectly adequate for lazing the day away or playing with kids. A number of the adjoining properties were owner occupied whose owners were knowledgeable about the immediate area, which made it ideal for a family stay

A lovely apartment exactly as described in the advert. A quiet but accessible location. Our children used the pool alot (Easter 2008) and had the place to themselves. We very much appreciated the stocked kitchen cupboards, so useful when you are self catering but not something you ever normally find. Also very good value for money!

A lovely apartment with all the mod-cons one could wish for. We were welcomed and looked after from day one. Nice to meet the friendly owners at the end of our visit. Recommend a car to get to the beach and for sightseeing. Good bakery up in Peyia for morning breakfast rolls. The pool was well used by us and all the other tennants but was never overcrowded.

"I wanted to say how lovely your apartment was and how much we enjoyed our stay. We preferred the apartment to our honeymoon hotel and that's saying something. It felt like our own home which was lovely :). I couldn't have decorated it better myself! It's gorgeous you should be very proud"
