Luxurious apartment situated in a panoramic position in a small tranquil & peaceful development within walking distance of Peyia village. It has a stunning huge private terrace overlooking the pool and spectacular uninterrupted views out to sea, it is a wonderful place to watch the sun setting and unwind. It has been furnished with attention to detail and comfort in mind. Facilities include fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with separate ceiling fans. The terrace is well equipped with plenty of patio furniture including sunbeds with mattresses, umbrellas and barbeque. There is a large beautiful communal pool also with sunbeds and barbeque which is fairly quiet and peaceful as expected of a small retreat. The master bedroom has the additional luxury of a king-size bed. The lounge has a TV and DVD/CD player. The apartment is also available for long-term winter let at very reasonable rates.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Paphos Harbour at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Kilometres

Peyia is a small Cypriot village located in the hills above Coral Bay. It has several restaurants and tavernas offering traditional Cypriot cuisine and European choices. It has several supermarkets and banks. It is about 2 miles down to Coral Bay which has the most beautiful beaches in the area. You will find here an abundance of good quality restaurants and shops. Paphos harbour and town are approximately 20 minutes away with excellent shopping, eating and night-life. The harbour area offers all types of eating out by the sea whilst Paphos old town is more sedate with its winding streets and lovely boutiques. The designated national park of Akamas Peninsula is approx. 15 minutes away and on the way you can visit Lara Bay where the turtles still come to breed. Inland are the Troodos Mountains which you can drive right to the top of and in winter months offers good skiing. You will never get bored, whether you like history or culture there are many places to explore.

Car hire: Car hire is advisable. The ideal method is to collect a car from the airport which can be booked on the Internet at a reasonable price and is then ready and waiting for you upon arrival.

Taxi hire: We highly recommend a local taxi driver called Mikey who will gladly take you anywhere you would like to go at very reasonable rates. He offers airport service as well as a quality taxi service with a smile.

Winter Let: The apartment is also available for long-term let over the winter months at very reasonable rates depending on the length of stay which can be agreed upon on enquiry.

Ski: If you are interested in skiing, believe it or not, you can also ski near Peyia in the Troodos Mountains which are about an hour away.

Golf: There are several golf courses in the area including the world famous celebrity course at Aphrodite's Hills just outside of Paphos.

Spacious apartment with fantastic views, large terrace, ideal for relaxing although a little overlooked by adjoining properties. A good location, only a short walk to village centre. A comfortable well furnished apartment. One little gripe, the water pump is noisy and a bit irritating until it switches itself off. Overall an enjoyable stay in upper Peyia
Owner's Response: The large terrace is usually protected by a bamboo trellis which has recently blown down due to 100mph winds. The apartment is only overlooked by a few apartments in the block behind which cannot be seen from the terrace when the bamboo is in place. This will be repaired as soon as possibleIn addition, we are having a pergola built which will give even more privacy and seclusion.

We are not aware of any problems with our water pump, we have had no other complaints regarding this matter so I am sure it is not too bad.
