Our apartment is on the 2nd floor and has wonderful views of the countryside and to the sea. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen with an open plan dining/living room. 2 of the bedrooms have private balconies, there is a large balcony leading from the living room for al fresco dining or watching the sunset. The apartment benefits from full air-conditioning facilities, a covered car parking space, and private use of a communal pool. The apartment is situated in a small complex on the edge of the unspoilt town of Polis, which is a 40 minute drive from Paphos airport through spectacular scenery, with views of vineyards and orange groves along the way. The heart of Polis town is centred around the old paved square, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Here you will find restaurants, tavernas and a variety of night life. There is also plenty of shops, stores and a market, which will supply everything you need.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% deposit is required upon booking (non refundable).
  Full balance is required 8 weeks before departure date.
  If booking less than 8 weeks before departure date, full payment is required and this is non refundable, please take insurance out for this.
  When booking a £100 deposit is required to cover any breakages/loss of keys. This will be refunded upon checking of apartment and keys returned. A welcome pack is available and is to be requested upon booking.
  Air conditioning is available, and is charged at £2per unit per day, and can be paid locally.
