This is a new stylish and spacious luxury bungalow with its own pool situated in the village of Emba. There is a large open plan lounge and dining area which leads to an open plan kitchen separated by a breakfast bar.There are 2 large patio doors off the lounge & dining areas which lead out into a covered poolside terrace ideal for alfresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and granite work tops. All 3 double bedrooms have patio windows leading out onto the covered terrace and poolside area. The master bedroom has ensuite with shower, WC, and washbasin with separate wardrobe/changing area. The other 2 double bedrooms are spacious and have fully fitted wardrobes. There is a luxury family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin. The villa is fully air conditioned and heated. Emba is situated in between Coral Bay and Paphos Town and is 10 mins in either direction. There are 3 golf courses all within 35 mins drive. Local supermarket bars and restaurants

The villa is in the village of Emba and is within easy reach of Pahos town and only a 10 min drive to the soft sandy beach of the idyllic Coral Bay. There is a large local supermarket within easy walking and there are several local bars/tavernas and excellent restaurants. There are 3 superb golf courses all within 35 mins drive at Tsada, Secret Valley and the spectacular Aphrodites Hills.

  • A non refundable deposit of 1/3 total rental is required for reservations. The balance is required 6 weeks before arrival. A deposit of £150 is required payable at this time for damages to the property. This will be refunded in full once the property has been vacated. Booking dates are flexible. Linen and towels are provided. The pool is serviced twice weekly. Special reduced prices for longer winter lettings.
    Air conditioning is available upon request to bedrooms, lounge and dining. A supplement of £3 per unit is charged.

An excellent villa within reasonable distance of the airport, with a host of interesting places to visit nearby, car required. Property is very well appointed and furnished to the highest standards with every modern facility available. Swimming pool and terrace were well used but may need to have air conditioning at night, even though this is a chargable extra, well worth the extra.Easy local shopping,plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely go back.

My wife and i stayed at this perfect villa at easter 2009 for three weeks would have liked to stay forever, as she is in a wheelchair it could not have been better no steps and loads of room.We found a warm welcome from Yvonne and Bert ,who couldnt do enough for us. The villa is in an idyllic location ten mins in car to harbour, it is roomy and very tastefully decorated with all the amenities one could wish for. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again in the very near future we would thoroughly recommend it.

Villa is like new, very good size rooms, good equipment. ( could leave a hair dryer tho so people dont have to take there own) Beds comfy but would be nice to have a double bed in one of the rooms.
Area very quiet and has friendly neighbours, no within walking distance to the main town but we hired a car so didnt cause any bother in the day.
Villa was very clean the day we arrived but the cleaner didnt spend as long on the 2nd clean after a week of being there. Pool area gets quite dirty so make sure you clean it!
Bad points, very over looked by other villas so no privacy. No street lights so you would find it hard to walk to the bars at night.
Good points, very modern and spacious villa, nice size pool and outside seating area.
Description was fairly accurate apart from the air con says " charged per unit per day " which makes you think you can just pay for the rooms needed when you actually have to pay for the whole villa so it should just say per day rate so people are aware of the charges.
Would recommend to familys and couples but not for those who like to be noisy!
Owners could be better with communication and need to make a manual for guests to fill in so others can gain advice on restaurants, shops, trips etc.. Also the map was not very useful so a written description would help for directions.
The restaurants in coral bay are fantastic, recommend "Andria". Also in Paphos Tomb of the kings road would recommend" Fat mamas " big portions for reasonable prices, entertainment all night whilst you eat.
Best siht seeing area is the aphrodites rock, or something like that. make sure you go for a look and take your camera!
Overall we had a lovely time but it wasnt the area we prefer being closer to the town for walks at night.
Traveller reviews help with making the best decision for choosing area villa etc so our advice is to read them all first.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately, we are in dispute with the lady who wrote the review as she stayed longer than she paid for and also used AC facilities which she also did not pay for. It is evident that this dispute has caused her to write several untrue, inaccurate and vindictive comments.
1. The comment regarding the lack of double bed is unnecessary as the advert clearly states what is provided
2. The comment regarding cleaning cannot be supported by fact. The cleaner is a personal friend and changes the beds and towels and mops and cleans the bathrooms and floors.
3. The statement that there are no Street lights is incorrect. There are street lights on the development and our situated on electric poles one of which is directly outside the property. It is however to be acknowleded that the levels of street lighting in Cyprus are lesser than the UK.
4. The villa is not overlooked. There are no properties to the front with views of agricultural land and sea. There are 2 "bugalows either side which do not overlook. The pool area is enclosed by the villa in an L shape around the pool.
5. The pool area does not get dirty. I can only assume the comment is related to any petals which ocassionally fall off the flowers. A gardener is employed to visit every 2 weeks.
6. AC's are paid only by room occupation. The comment is incorrect.
