• Prices are shown for the property per week in UK pounds. 20% deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage.
  
• Cleaning charges: the rates shown above include an end of stay cleaning charge. If a mid stay clean is required (i.e. linen & towel change, bathroom & kitchen clean, including laundry costs) this is chargeable at an extra £30. Please request when making the booking. All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.
  
• cots and highchairs will be provided free of charge if required and are a chargeable baby sitting service is available on request. A variety of welcome packs are available at a nominal charge if required.
