Rated the most desirable location in the paphos area. This garden level apartment is located in a small gated development right on the shoreline. It has magnificent views across the limpid, blue Mediterranean. Be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves! The flat is south facing and has sun on its patio all day long. The coast is west-facing and the sunsets across the sea are to be dreamed of. There is a reserved parking beside the apartment. It is less than 50 yards to the shared swimming pool with its roman steps and paddling pool. We are scrupulous about cleanliness. There is more information on our website. We are located in a small gated community right on the sea. [Note that the pointer on the Google Map is incorrect] It is about 800 yards from the main Paphos to Coral Bay road. There is a regular bus service into Paphos about 3 miles away. Fields of bananas, oranges, olives and figs are still interspersed in the locality. The unspoilt Akamas peninsula and the spectacular Troodos mountains are just 1 hour's drive away. The ancient sites of Paphos are right on the doorstep - Tombs of the Kings, the ancient amphitheatre and the picturesque port dating back to the time of Ulysses. Cyprus has it all, from snow in the mountains in winter to glorious sunshine for 340 days of the year. Come and enjoy the natural hospitality of the Cypriots in their tavernas and fishing villages.

Self Catering Welcome Pack:

We know how awkward it can be arriving perhaps at unsocial hours and needing a restorative cuppa! So we supply as standard to get you started: tea, instant coffee, evaporated milk, sugar and bottled water. If you would like anything in addition, let us know and we will charge at cost plus 5 Euros handling fee.

We also provide a manual which describes all you need to know about the practicalities of staying at Arcadia Village. More details on our website -- contact us for URL.

Cleaning and Laundry:

We are fanatical about cleanliness: we do a 4-hour spring clean between lettings. The rates include for cleaning prior to arrival and after departure.

Golf:

Great area for winter golf!

Tsada golf course is just 20 minutes away. Aristo's Secret Valley is 40 minutes and Lanitis' championship course at Aphrodite Hills just 45 minutes.

Just a quick line to say we very much enjoyed staying in Bachos and we will certainly recommend you to our friends and family. The accommodation was very nicely furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We take a lot of holidays and we would go so far to say as this was possibly the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness, etc. Thanks once again. -- Julia Butterfield.

Just to say thank you for letting us stay in such a fabulous place - perfect for rest and relaxation! The car was an added bonus enabling us to visit Lara Bay and beyond - not forgetting White River beach and the memorable welcome from George and the horses. Fantastic! We will certainly recommend Cyprus to all who ask and hope to be able to return again soon:) -- Rudd and Deborah Apsey.
