This newly built, south facing villa is beautifully situated on a quiet cul de sac, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. It enjoys sunshine all day long allowing you to relax by the 10x5m, private, kidney shaped pool. A brick built BBQ sits beside the pool and is equipped with skewers and battery operated spit roast, for those wishing to dine alfresco. The villa is surrounded by a well planted garden on both sides and rear. Private off road parking is situated to the front of the villa, with its own car port Our villa is tastefully decorated throughout. 3 bedrooms all with their own balcony and patio furniture. All bedrooms have en suite facilities and 2 double wardrobes, including bedside and dressing tables. A separate w/c is located on the ground floor along with bedroom 3, making this ideal for the less mobile. Downstairs - kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The lounge has a leather suite and is spacious and light with the sun filtering in.

A car is not essential to get around, as shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance (2 min to supermarket). The famous sandy beach of Coral Bay is only 5 minutes walk away and the villa enjoys sea views of Coralllia beach, only 8 minutes away. For those wishing to hire a car and explore the island, Paphos is a 15 minute drive away, with its beautiful harbour, mosaics and the medieval fort, or a local bus runs every 10 minutes. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Visit Tomb of the Kings (10 min by car). Golf is available at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 18km east of Paphos and Tsada Golf Club which is 20 min drive north of Paphos. Both are 18 hole courses.
