Banana Breeze is a new executive 3 bedroom single storey villa with all modern facilities set in a private location with its own heated pool. The villa has been individually designed and is one of a small group that has been entered for a prestigious local architectural award. All the bedrooms are en-suite and they feature high vaulted ceilings to keep guests cool. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and the units can also be used for heating. Additional full under floor heating is provided for those chilly winter mornings. The villa is serviced weekly when all linen is changed. Towels and bedding are all provided. Our cleaner is also available for mid week cleans as required. The garden and pool are also maintained weekly. We have endeavoured to make guests feel at home as soon as they arrive with a complimentary welcome pack, and in the villa you will find an information pack that details all you need to know for your stay at Banana Breeze in Sea Caves.

The Villa overlooks the sea in the exclusive area of Sea Caves, 10 km, North West of Paphos harbour. Nestled on the edge of the Akamas National Park and close to the picturesque fishing village of Agios Georgios, the Sea Caves area enjoys absolutely stunning views over the protected coastline and across the Mediterranean with breathtaking sunsets for guests to enjoy. Whilst Cyprus gets very hot in high summer, there is often a breeze at Sea Caves that gently blows through the many local banana plantations in the area, hence our name. The villa is only 5 minutes from the excellent beaches at Coral and Coralia Bay, 15 minutes from Paphos Harbour and the Tomb of The Kings, and three golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive. The Akamas National Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a protected area of near virgin habitats with its flora being rich and varied. In Spring it provides a spectacle of colours of breathtaking beauty and can be explored on foot or with a 4WD vehicle.

Notes: The villa is fully double glazed and each window has fully movable fly screens. All bedrooms are en-suite, with bedside tables and lamps, full length mirrors, chests of drawers and large walk-in wardrobes and all bedrooms have light resistant roller blinds. The master and second bedrooms have king sized double beds and remote controlled fans. The third bedroom includes twin 3’ 6” beds and is linked to the bathroom. The lounge, kitchen and dining rooms are all open plan and give fantastic views in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The lounge has a large luxury leather suite, and a wide screen TV / DVD / Video system. The dining room features a stylish dining table and six leather chairs, and leads to the large patio which has a covered loggia, perfect for outside dining. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all necessary appliances and cooking facilities. The roof terrace offers superb views and is perfect for private sunbathing or a relaxing evening drink overlooking the sea

Outside Faciities: The villa is set in a large 940sq metre plot with a beautifully landscaped garden, laid partially to grass with numerous trees and shrubs. The pool is 8m x 4m with Roman steps, for easy access, and has a shallow end for non-swimmers. The pool can also be heated in the Spring and Autumn months if required, although not in the colder winter months (November - March). We also have snorkels and inflatables for guests to use. The gardens contain a covered loggia with a 6 seater patio set, perfect for outside dining, and eight comfortable matching cushioned sun beds, with a number of umbrellas. An outside shower is also provided. There is an additional loggia providing a large shaded area for guests comfort and a large Bar-B-Q with an electric rotisserie.

Nearest Town: The nearest town is Coral Bay, which is very lively with many bars and tavernas to enjoy. It also has numerous shops and supermarkets and fully caters for guests requirements whilst on holiday. The town has two excellent beaches both quite different in nature. Coral Bay is large, very lively and busy, whereas Coralia Bay is smaller and quieter. Both offer a full range of water sports. Coral Bay can be reached by road in a couple of minutes, or 20 minutes on foot.

Other Activities: numerous historical sites and museums to visit and explore including the magnificent mosaics in Kourion.
