Villa Olivia is a luxurious 3-bed villa furnished to a very high standard with large pool & super views. In peaceful countryside near the golf at Secret Valley, Paphos, it is light & airy with a large 10mx5m private pool & landscaped fenced garden with fan palms & car port. The villa enjoys day-long sun or if you prefer it cool, the shady terrace is the perfect place to relax or dine al fresco with pool and countryside views. Each bedroom has its own balcony with rural & distant sea views. Visitors enjoy the best of both worlds - a quiet rural location within easy reach of all amenities: 10 minutes from Paphos Airport, less than 20 to Paphos Centre, 3 from the golf course & 5 from Aphrodite Hills. Traditional Cypriot villages with excellent restaurants are also nearby. The villa is equipped with all mod cons including 29' Sony Wega satellite TV (all UK channels), dishwasher, Bosch washer, iced water dispenser, video, DVD player, air con & heating.

    The price includes everything: bed linen, bath towels, welcome pack, air conditioning/heating are included in the price. A cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.
    For guests staying for more than one week, a mid-stay clean and bedding/towel change is provided free of charge.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance plus GBP150 refundable breakage deposit is payable 6 weeks before departure.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The other 2 bedrooms are twin-bedded rooms and share a modern and well-equipped family bathroom also with bath and powerful shower. All bedrooms and the living areas have dual air conditioning and heating units. There is also a fully sprung double bed settee in the lounge.

Golf: Secret Valley Golf Course is a challenging 6,120 metre par 72 set in a scenic valley surrounded by spectacular rock formations and mature trees. It is home to both the Cyprus Men's and Ladies' Amateur Golf Tournaments. Tsada Golf Club, designed by Donald Steel is a 6,060 metre par 72 course on the site of a former 12th century monastery. At an altitude of 550 metres, the course benefits from cooling breezes, particularly during the summer months. It is a 20-minute drive away to the North East of Paphos. Both of these are Championship courses and rates start from CYP£32 per round, depending on season. Clubs can be hired for CYP£6 at Secret Valley, which also has a driving range and tuition packages. The renowned Aphrodite Hills course is 5 minutes from Villa Olivia. This is a testing 6,200 metre par 72. Rates in the low season start from CYP£49, rising to CYP£73 in peak season, including shared buggy. Villa Olivia has a lockable external storage room for golf equipment.

On arrival felt a bit concerned at what the villa would be like but we were pleasantly surprised, it was really nice and comfortable. Loved the location, only 6 villas in the cul-de-sac and open views from the back. Felt very private but also safe. The neighbours and the people who live opposite (who also take care of the villa) were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space for us (family of 5). The pool was a good size and was cleaned often during our 2 week stay. The owners are very helpful and were very accommodating with a few requests we had. Cannot fault the villa, location or owners. Although we have family and friends in Cyprus, we've found our holiday home and are planning our next trip there next year! Chris and family.

Nice peaceful location, big pool

We had another great holiday here. The villa is very nice with loads of room and a big pool but the best thing is the location. It's open views and really peaceful. This time we really liked the new olive grove recently planted in front of the house - unfortunately the olives werent ready when we were there. They would have gone down very well with our 6 0o clock cocktails!
Would recommend for families and couples.
