Notes to the rental rates

• Security Deposit.
  A security deposit of £200 will be required held for 14 days after the booking.
  This will be refunded provided that there is no damage done to the property or its contents.
  Should there be any damage; the replacement cost of the damaged item will be subtracted from the security deposit.
  
• FREE USE OF A RELIABLE CAR .
  I offer my clients FREE USE OF a car. It’s a reliable car that will easily accommodate 3 adults & 2 kids. It is clean & in mint condition.
  It has air-conditioning, electric windows, central locking, power steering and a radio. It’s available for your use for the duration of your stay in the villa provided that the car is treated with respect & the driver has a clean valid driver’s license. The car cannot be used off-road. We reserve the right to refuse use of the car at our discretion should we feel that it is being mistreated, misused or if you disregard the rules of the road.
  There is no cost for use of the car. In the event of an accident, you are responsible for paying the excess for the insurance which is £150. In the event of minor damage done to the car, you are responsible for paying for all necessary repairs.
  Use of the car is entirely at YOUR OWN RISK.
  
• Please scan your driver’s license and send it to me via email and I will place you on the insurance for the duration of your stay. Only one person is permitted to drive the car and it is necessary to bring the same driver’s license with you when you arrive in Cyprus.

Free use of a reliable car can be supplied for the duration of your stay provided that you have a clean valid driver’s license. Please mention use of the car at the time of booking so that I may place you on the insurance. The car is supplied with a full tank of petrol and must be returned with a full tank of petrol.

The world renowned five star Aphrodite Hills golf resort (5 min drive east) can provide you with an additional 18 hole championship golf course, gourmet dinners or a pampering day at the spa. A short drive further and you will find yourself at the legendary birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite. It is so beautiful; the legend insists that the goddess of beauty herself was born from the foam of the breaking waves of the sea. The villa is ideal for golf lovers, romantic getaways, families or the young at heart. The unusual shape of the villa gives it its character. It is not a square box.
