This 2 bed house is situated on a small select development very close to Kato Paphos. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away. The location is quiet and peaceful yet less than a 10 minute stroll from the seafront, harbour, shops, restaurants and the many attractions of the Kato Paphos tourist area. The Old Town and its bustling market, best visited on Saturday when local villagers come to the market place with their home grown produce for sale, are less than 2.5km from the property with Paphos International Airport only 15 minutes away by car. Within short walking distance are a large variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs, tavernas and shops. Kato Paphos even boasts a Starbucks Coffee shop in addition to almost all of the international fast food outlets and their local counterparts. It is a World Heritage site and a veritable ‘Pandora’s Box’ for anyone with an interest in history.

Downstairs you enter into a spacious living/dining area with seating, dining table and chairs. There is a TV and DVD player and a music system including CD player radio. Off the lounge is a WC and hand basin. The small compact kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, washing machine, and all the usual small appliances. Ceiling fans are fitted in the lounge and dining area. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedroom has twin beds and there is a bathroom with bath/shower, W.C. and hand basin. Both bedrooms are fitted with split unit air conditioning (hot and cold) and ceiling fans.

Booking Information: Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge. A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange juice is supplied 24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian and Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember. Family Parties: Zeus Appolo is one of three properties on this development which would be ideal fot family reunions, weddings and large family parties. A total of 14 people can be accomodated comfortably.
