Two bedrooms: One with a king size bed with veranda and one with twin beds with veranda overlooking the pool, all air-conditioned. Two sofa beds on the ground floor allow up to 6/8 people to sleep depending whether children or adults. Downstairs cloakroom. Fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Breakfast bar with seating for 3 people. Dining area with seating for 6 people. Lounge with two settees, Sony TV with DVD and video recorder. Ceiling cooling fans in all rooms. Shared swimming pool with sunloungers. Fully air conditioned throughout. Patio with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Surrounded by large gardens. Large covered car port ideal for sitting in the shade.

Our villa is situated on a small select complex of 22 properties with a communal swimming pool. The complex is situated in a quiet, residential area of Kato Paphos. This area is marked by privacy and tranquillity without being secluded. The beach, harbour, archaeological park as well as the shopping and entertainment centre of Kato Paphos are all within walking distance. The old town where groceries, banks and other services are situated are approximately 20 mins to walk and minutes away in a car. The old town also has a market which is open every day but closes at 1.00 pm on Wednesday and Saturday is well worth a visit for bargains. Cyprus is rich in cultural legacy. Archaeological finds date back to 7000 BC, medieval castles, byzantine churches, remote mountain villages and metropolitan cities

Additional information about rental rates

  • AIR CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST SHOWN FOR 2009. WELCOME PACK INCLUDED ON ARRIVAL. A cot & highchair available at additional cost of £3 per day. There is an additional cost of £8.00 per day for the fifth person. Non-refundable deposit of £100 is required for each week to confirm the booking, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the stay. Breakage/damage deposit of £100, fully refundable provided the keys are returned at the end of the holiday and there is no reported breakage/damage to the property, or excessive final cleaning/laundry, or excessive electricity bills (meters read before and after each letting) due to careless use of the air conditioning units. Although provided free of charge for normal use, these units are VERY expensive to run (like a 2 or 3 KW electric fire) and it becomes obvious when for example, they are left on 24/7 while property unoccupied. Change over day is flexible, depending on availability.

This was by far the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully furnished, very clean and tidy and a very good size. Having the air conditioning made it much more comfortable. The garden was really lovely and we spent lots of time eating out there and using the bbq. The best feature of the apartment is being so close to the pool. The apartment is set in a relaxing, quiet complex within walking distance to both the old town and the harbour. A wonderful holiday. Thank you.

This property was clean and every well maintaned, and it location was private and tranquillity without being secluded.

The beach, harbour, shopping, groceries and entertainment centre of Kato Paphos are all within walking distance. The banks and other services are situated approximately 20 mins walk away.
