Family friendly villa with communal pool in Kato Paphos, Paphos
This is an end-terrace villa available for rent with private parking on a small recently built complex with a communal pool in the Kato Paphos area of Paphos. Within walking distance of the many shops, restaurants and attractions that Paphos has to offer. Also within walking distance of the nearest beaches. The villa has two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other 2 single beds, each with a balcony. The villa is ideal for self catering family holidays and has been furnished to a high standard - the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. All rooms have air conditioning units, also bedroom ceiling fans for extra comfort, a pressurised water system and fly screens have been fitted throughout. Downstairs there is a TV, with Sky and DVD and there is a CD player. We also provide an i-pod docking station. In the twin room there is an additional TV and DVD player. Books, games and DVD'S , a phone, patio furniture, a BBQ and a complimentary welcome pack are provided.

In the residential Universal Area of Kato Paphos, which is within walking distance of the Old Harbour, shops and Tavernas. It is a small, select development of 2 and 3 bedroom villas with a communal pool perfect for holiday rental. Ideally located for those who like to walk, golf or ski as well as for family beach holidays. The Old Town, with it's many shops and municipal market is about a 20 minute walk away. There are also many archaeological sites, such as the old fort and the mosaics a similar distance away. Cyprus is becoming increasingly popular for golf and there are 3 golf courses in the Paphos area; Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. In winter have the best of both worlds, skiing on Mount Olympus or enjoying the sun by the coast! Paphos is an ideal base for walking holidays in the Akamas Peninsular; spring is the best time for enjoying the wide variety of wid flowers, some of which are unique to Cyprus alone.

Notes to the rental rates

Long term lets are also available, discounted rates on application.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund. Travel insurance is essential!
A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages. An extra £100 deposit is required for the use of the sky TV. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. At the moment changeover days are flexible, as are check out times where possible.
Bookings for single sex parties are not accepted. A £50 excess applies for Christmas and New Year bookings.

For families
Should you be travelling with very young children, we can arrange for any essentials to be purchased for your arrival. A travel cot, high chair, stair gate and buggy are available for hire. The cost of these items is settled locally. We can also recommend the services of a babysitter that we use ourselves.
Airport transfers
Car hire or taxis may be arranged prior to departure. Our property is 15 minutes from Paphos airport and is very easy to locate, directions will be provided.
