A 2 bedroom house with private parking, on a small select development with large communal pool, surrounded by landscaped gardens. Showers, toilets, changing facilities, sunbeds and umbrellas are available poolside. Downstairs the kitchen, dining area and lounge are open plan. There is also a guest WC. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, with king size bed and balcony overlooking the pool and flat screen TV, a large twin bedroom, facing the front also with TV, and a family bathroom. The house has been furnished to a high standard in a modern style and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. All rooms have air conditioning units, which can also be used for heating in the winter months. In the lounge area there is a Flat Screen TV, Satellite tuner, DVD player, and a CD player / radio, a selection of books are also available. The patio has garden furniture, parasol and a barbeque.

Iris 2 is in the residential area to the west of Kato Paphos. A 10 minute stroll will take you into the lively night time area of bars, pubs and restaurants, with something to suit all tastes. The Old Harbour, with its shops and tavernas is only a 15/20 minute stroll away. Iris 2 is a small, select development of only 22, 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Ideally located for those who like to be in a peaceful environment yet only a few minutes from the town, beach and nightlife. The Old Town, with it's many shops and market is about a 20 minute walk away. There are also excellent, historical archaeological sites, such as the old fort and the mosaics a similar distance away

  • Long term lets are also available, discounted rates on application. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund. A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages. An extra £100 deposit is required for the use of the sky TV. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. Changeover days are flexible, as are check out times where possible.

Added Goodies: A Private Taxi pickup from the airport can be arranged if required. A complimentary welcome pack is included and there is an Information Folder containing local information, road maps and operating instructions for domestic equipment. A hairdryer is provided together with bath and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. A cleaning service is also available if required, payable locally. A large coolbox with freezer blocks is avalible should you fancy a leisurely day out at the beach or for a picnic.

Additional Activities: Ski: Cyprus is a wonderful island of contrasts. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon? The snows on Mount Olympus are a fabulous way of spending a winter morning in the Ski Cyprus arena. By car it is about 90 minutes from Paphos. Hundreds of Cypriots and perhaps as many holiday makers enjoy the wonderful sport of skiing every winter on the beautiful slopes of Mt Olympus. Skiing, with its 60 year plus history on this island, is here not only to stay, but to continue its growth. The ski lifts operate from 09.00 to 16.00h all week during the winter season. Season runs from December to March.

Golf: Golf: Tsada Golf Club is located 20 minutes from the town of Paphos, Tasada Golf Club is 18 holes of superb championship golf set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery.Designed by Donald Steel, this was the first grass course to be built in Cyprus in 1994 and it sits 550 metres above sea level, ensuring cool breezes during the summer months. 18 holes, Par 72, 6060 metres. Secret Valley Golf Club is located about 15 minutes from the town of Paphos. Secret Valley Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course set in a spectacular setting of mature trees with beautiful sculpted rock formations all around. The front 9 has 4 nice warm-up holes, two birdie opportunities and an easy dog-leg. The back nine is much more challenging. 18 holes, Par 72, 6120 metres. Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort is located about 20 minutes from te town of Paphos. Crowning Aphrodite Hills Resort’s outstanding leisure facilities is it's magnificent 18-hole golf course.

The Villa is lovely, clean and equipped to a level of home comfort including SKY TV-a real bonus when catching up with news and sport from home. The pool is clean and a good size and was never too busy that you couldn't get a few lengths in if that's your thing. The villa is also in a great position being only 15 mins walk from some good restaurants, bars etc and 20 mins from the beach. Would recommend a car though if you plan to travel far on your holiday as walking or waiting for a bus is no joke in that heat.

Our stay in Paphos

We have been going to cyprus for many years now and this property is without doubt the best villa rental we have ever had, it is absolutley beautifully furnished from top to bottom with everything you need for eating in as well, the property is spotless in every aspect. Mick and linda provided us with a detailed information pack which was of great value,once you walk out the back of the house you are met by a wonderful little oasis with a terrific pool and all around is tastefully decorated with plants and trees, there are a couple of kiosks just a few miniutes walk from the house one of which is open 24/7, there are larger supermarkets a little furher which provide greater choice and better value, the town is a 15 miniute walk away which has many good restaurnts to choose from, but I would stay clear of the harbour eating places, overpriced and really poor quality food, would recommend the seagull restaurnt at the other end of town, really good food and great value, although we hired a car for the duration of our stay it is not necessary but great if you want go up the troodos mountains and have a bit of lunch in platres or go over the hills to visit latchi harbour. It really was a fantastic holiday experience mainly due to the fact that we had such a great to place to stay and chill by the pool and enjoy a few drinks at night outside on the patio area, the most important thing to remember here is take your time and suck it all in, we would definatley go back as it was a stunning place and fantastic value

Best Holiday Ever

The villa was excellent and dressed up to a high standard with everything you could need from kitchen utensils to sky tv, the location was perfect as i didnt need to hire a car as the bars, shops and the beach is all within walking distance. the pool is fantastic and well maintained. All the locals were really freindly and made you feel very welcome.

I went with the girls and we all thoroughly enjoyed the break and would highly recommend this villa.

Our stay at the house lived up to our expectations and more! Booking was easy and Mick was very helpful even booking a taxi to meet us at the airport - no queuing! The house was beautiful, a real home from home. A lovely complex - quiet, secure and friendly neighbours. We even got to the know the neighbour's friendly cats who patrolled their domain hourly! We have been raving about our stay since we came home and have recommended it to all. We would definitely stay there again as the complex is peaceful but only a short walk too lots of amenities ie restaurants, bars and the beautiful harbour and if you feel a bit more adventurous the market is not far away too.

This was a lovely property with good-sized rooms and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family. A car is a big advantage if you rent this property as it is a bit away (20-30 mins walk) from main tourist area and beach.

The owner of the property was very helpful and provided a good welcome pack.

We had a lovely holiday in a peaceful location.
