Situated to the west of Kato Paphos, in a residential area within walking distance of the Old Harbour, shops and tavernas. It is a select development of houses and apartments, with a large pool in well maintained beautiful landscaped communal area. Ideally located for those who like to walk, golf or ski, as well as for beach holidays. The Old town, with it's many shops and municipal market is about a 20 minute walk away. There are also many archaeological sites, such as the old fort and the mosaics a similar distance away. The Rock of Aphrodite, the Troodos Mountains, the Akamas Peninsular, Polis and Latchi are all within easy driving distance.

In the event of cancellation within 28 days there will be no refund. Travel insurance is essential! A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. At the moment changeover days are flexible, as are check out times where possible.
