This brand new luxury air-conditioned townhouse with the option of a car lies within a secure complex, with a variety of pools to suit all, including a jacuzzi. It is built and furnished to a very high standard. A private patio area is accessible from the lounge as is the private garden with BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster & all crockery, cutlery & glasses. A patio table and chairs as well as two sun loungers are provided and communal sun loungers are available for use around the various pools. The house is comfortably furnished with two sofas, dining table and chairs, a king size bed & 2 single beds. A UK / European satellite television 'DVD player and i-pod dock are also installed. For additional comfort air conditioning and modern ceiling fans are installed in the living area and in both bedrooms. There is an option for the use of 4 x 4 car during your stay. Iris Village is a brand new development very close to all amenities and its location is central to all areas of interest. The Old Town is 10 mins drive away the harbour and the Tomb of the Kings road with its mosaics and sites of historic interest are also approx 10 mins drive away. The airport is 20 mins drive. There are 3 golf courses within approx 30 mins drive. A go-karting track and water park are also 10 mins drive away. Although walking to the main bar street and shopping promenade is easily accessible within 15-20 mins a car would be beneficial to enable you to explore the area more fully. There is a huge split level pool with a Jacuzzi at each end, which is very impressive, and a small toddler pool for the little ones to enjoy.

Driving in Cyprus is easy for the UK driver as the Cypriots drive on the left- hand side of the road. Road signage is is in both English and Cypriot and there is a good road network through Cities ,Towns and Villages. There are a range of books , maps and brochures in the house that will help you arrange various day trips and adventures during your stay The car is fully insured for drivers who have held a full driving licence for two years and are over 25 years of age.

A selection of family DVDs 'Cd's and games are available. There are many books to choose from , and you are welcome to exchange any that you are unable to finish during your stay.
