This 2 bed roomed house is situated in a small private complex of 4 houses in a key location in Kato Pafos. There is a shared swimming pool with sunbeds. The interior is tastefully furnished and welcoming. Within a short walk of the heart of Kato Pafos with all its restaurants, bars, banks, shops, beaches and sea. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom with balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a twin bedroom with additional bed available and bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen area, lounge and dining area to seat 6. Patio furniture is also available.

The villa can be found in a quiet location, close to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Around Paphos can be found many lovely beaches as well as some very impressive archaeological sites. A short distance away are the mountain regions with some breath taking scenery. Local buses and taxis are all within walking distance.
