A spacious town house with everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday, for up to 6 people, including a fully fitted kitchen, satellite television & air conditioning. There is a lovely private patio area ideal for eating al fresco. This overlooks the large communal pool which has plenty of seating & umbrellas & is rarely busy. The house has a comfortable lounge area which has a sofa bed and is open plan to a dining area and then on to the kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs you will find the bathroom & two spacious bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, the main with balcony overlooking the pool & the second being a twin. Cot and high chair are also available on request. We also have a car available for rent - all you need is your driving licence. The house is set in a sought after development offering a peaceful atmosphere but within easy striking distance of the beach, harbour and Paphos town.

This lovely house is within a 5 min walk to the shops, restaurants and amenities to be found on the Tomb of the Kings Road together with the historic tombs which is must for any first time visitor to Cyprus. The main Kato Paphos tourist area with its shops, restaurants, bars and local markets is a further 5 mins away. The famous fishing harbour comes to life in the evening with the traditional tavernas and restaurants overlooking the sea serving fresh fish, local dishes and international cuisine. The harbour which is overlooked by the medieval fortress also offers bars for the young and lively and tourist shopping. For through the day the fantastic Mosaics located next to the fort are essential visit. Although Paphos is a well established tourist area is still retains unspoilt charm and character. There are several beaches along the Tomb of the Kings Road, a large sandy beach with limited facilities but which is usually quiet just past the harbour or Coral Bay a 10/15min drive away.

  • Checking in days are flexible to your requirements if the property is available. Linen and towels are provided. The property is booked from 14.00pm on the day of arrival through to 10am on the day of departure. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals but where possible we will try and accommodate you. Special prices available for long term winter letting, please ask for details. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 5 weeks before departure (time scale permitting). A security deposit of £70 must be paid in advance and will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and checked for damages.

Car available : We have a Mitsubishi 7 seater car available for hire. This can be collected at the airport or the house and hire price is between £120 & £150 per week. It is left hand drive in Cyprus, the roads are good and the sign posts are often in English as well making it very easy to get about. Although you don't necessarily need a car where the house is situated, there is a lot to see and do in Cyprus.

A perfect holiday: Cyprus has something to offer for everyone. It boasts an excellent climate throughout the year and the people offer a warm and friendly welcome. Cyprus is a country of contrasts from long sandy beaches to cool pine clad mountains, from cosmopolitan towns to untouched villages. There are plenty of historic sites to explore, many water sports to enjoy, skiing in winter at and excellent shopping. It is also a wonderful place to eat, drink and relax!

Golf: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfing with three 18 hole golf courses to choose from the nearest being Tsada Golf club which is just 20 min from Paphos town.

Other Activities: Historic sites, Go Karting, Aphrodite Water Park.
