Luxury town house, secluded roof garden, great views & pool

We visited Cyprus in 2004 and stayed for a week somewhere in Pegeia (Peya). We enjoyed it and decided to do it again.
This year we stayed in this town house in Prodromi from 22/08 to 05/09. For a family of four,we found the house spacious, comfortably furnished,clean and well maintained. It is located just outside Polis, away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos and the Coral bay and only ten mimutes drive from the serene beach of Latsi and nearby Aphrodite beach. The shops and the supermarkets are only 15 minute walk down the road.The house is one of the six that form this complex. It's pool, though shared with very friendly neighbours,proved to be our sanctuary during those hot days when temperatures soared well into fourties.As for the roof garden, it was fantastic!!. We spent most of our evenings up there having a BBQ, and while the wives sat there chatting under the starry skies my nephew and I had a few games of backgamon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are seriously thinking of repeating it in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend it to any of our friends.

The owners of the house,when contacted, were very friendly and amiable. they provided us with full instructions for the use of all the house appliances,telephone numbers of all necessary people and services,and a precise guidance of how to get to the house from Paphos Airport.

A fantastic holiday was enjoyed by us all, myself, husband, daughter, grandma and daughters friend. The villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious (I thought it would be a little cramped with five of us but there was plenty of room), the kitchen was fully equipped with everything, the roof top terrace was wonderful my mother used to go up there everyday it was her hide away, the air conditioning was a godsend keeping the rooms a lovely cool temperature, the pool area was always spotless it was a shared pool but there was only ever us in it, the underground carpark was a bonus, keeping the car nice and cool.
We stayed there for two weeks got married early in the second week at Paphos Town Hall, we had our wedding reception at The Old Town Restaurant, we had read that it was expensive but we found it quite reasonable well worth it for our wedding day, the owner was wonderful he decorated the tables with flowers,etc, we pre-ordered a cypriot meze which was wonderful although we could have probably eaten half of what was served there were twelve of us family & friends. Me and my husband hired a quad bike one day, it was wonderful to see all the lovely little coves, I was a little nervous but had no need to be, all the car drivers always made room for us, you had to wear a helmet or you was not aloud to hire the quad.
The car hire Jacqui recommended to us was perfect, they met us at the airport we then followed them to the villa (we hired the quad bike from the same place) sorry cannot remember the name of it but Jacqui will know.
All in all a perfect holiday and wedding was had by all, would recommend to anybody, Jacqui was so helpful with everything she even left us a card and a bottle of wine for our wedding. Jacqui has also been in contact since the holiday asking if everything was ok.

This is a lovely villa – modern, clean, spacious and is stocked with everything you could possibly need or want on a holiday (from a hairdryer to charcoal for the barbecue to a juicer to clothes pegs). As my husband put it, you felt like you had just moved into someone else’s home.

Everything is so well thought out in the villa - individual air conditioning units that you could turn on/off for each room/beautifully landscaped roof terrace which was perfect for barbecues in the evening, a nice (small) pool only steps away from the kitchen. Although the pool is shared among the townhouses, we had the pool to ourselves virtually our entire stay. But all the neighbours we met were lovely and friendly anyway.

Jacquie was always very prompt with her responses and the entire booking went very smoothly. I was a bit worried about finding the townhouse in the dark. We arrived after midnight but had no problems finding the townhouse with the excellent/detailed directions Jacqui provided us.

Just a couple of suggestions: be sure not to miss the local bakery (on the right hand side of the road entering Polis). Being a chocolaholic I especially loved their chocolate mouse/cakes, as well as their baklava. Also, if you need wi-fi connection, a number of cafes in Polis have free wi-fi and there is also an internet café in town.

We were both very pleased with the villa and would highly recommend it.
