This luxurious Apartment with sea views from all windows is situated within an exclusive complex. It has been furnished in a modern, minimalistic yet comfortable style to the highest standards by the owners. The lounge has a traditional high ceiling so well known in Cyprus for its coolness in the summer. The kitchen is fitted out with granite work tops and the bathroom is equipped with a power shower and marble surfaces. From the large south facing veranda overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean, you can enjoy sea views and magnificent sunsets all year. The communal swimming pool and children's pool is a minute away. Although a vehicle would enhance your holiday the bus route is close going to Coral Bay or the Tourist Area for about 5 euros. A selection of restaurants, shops and beaches are within walking distance. This property is managed by a British team who will visit you during your stay if required. CAR HIRE CAN BE ARRANGED AT COMPETITIVE RATES

Paphos town is situated close to the western peninsular of the Island and is only 15 minutes from the airport. It boasts high Summer temperatures and moderate Winter temperatures. There is a range of activities to suit every age group. Eating out is still much cheaper than most European countries and there are a variety of Restaurants ranging from Traditional Cypriot, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Steak Houses, Fish and Chips and many more! The Cypriots are very friendly people and do everything they can to welcome you, so that you want to return to the Island time and time again.

We found this property to be ideal for us.
Situated close to the sea in a quiet spot about 15 mins out of Paphos off Tombs of the Kings Road.
A perfect spot to relax but a car is essential.
The apartment benefitted from a very comfortable lounge area, large balcony blessed with a motorised sun awning, good sized bedrooms and compact bathroom.
We have heard that some other renters encountered resentment and even hostility from permanent residents but we had no problems in that department as we prefer the beach to the pool.
There was very little noise nuisance and so it was pleasant to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves washing onto shore.
One cautionary point is that the local beach is not feasible as a place to relax. Too many rocks and some nasty undercurrents make it a dangerous place to swim.
On a scale of 1 to 10, we'll give it 7.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
