Townhouse on a small private complex - between Paphos and Coral Bay on easy bus route. Property has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds one with double and balcony which overlooks the pool area. The property has air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms one with full bath with shower over and a toilet/shower room downstairs. Large spacious lounge/diner with sofa bed. Dinning area seats 6. The shaded terrace is 25m from the pool and has seating for 6 people and a BBQ and 2 private sunlongers are provided. The pool is central in mature landscaped gardens and is surrounded by a generous sized pool side area.

Located just off Tombs of the Kings road half way between Paphos and Coral Bay It is within walking distance of tavernas and supermarkets. A car is not necessary as there is a very cheap, frequent bus service to Coral Bay and Paphos.

An excellent, peaceful base

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this house. We found it immaculately clean, spacious, cool, comfortable, and well-equipped. The layout, with the shady terrace so close to the pool and the airy rooms, all added to the comfort. Having an extra shower downstairs was appreciated.
The pictures do not do justice to the outlook. The grounds are carefully planted and well-maintained and the whole complex very relaxed and peaceful: people seemed very considerate of each other.
We hired a car as we wanted to explore the mountains and other inland sites. This was easy, with parking at the front door.
We had a great holiday - a good mixture of seeing the fascinating historical sites round Paphos, the lovely, cool Troodos mountains, the fantastic beaches and restorative relaxation round the pool. Next time we go to Cyprus, we shall happily book this house.

Holiday we required

Friends recommended this villa as it was great mixture of quiet for those who wanted to get away from the maddening crowd but local enough for those who wanted to experience the livelier town. Though the advert does state no car required and this is very true we hired one to go see the sights we loved the fantastic water park. The complex was perfect for us as a young family, the close proximity of the villa to the pool (about 10 paces) was great with a small child and the shaded terrace was ideal during the peak heat of the day. The villa itself has two spacious bedrooms, one with a balcony and great views over the complex, two bathrooms always a bonus with a family, remaining living space was airy and we had plenty of room to relax. Having fans and air-conditioning in the downstairs living quarters was an added extra.

In fact we had such a great time and loved the villa and complex that we’ve booked again for this year.

First self catering experience of Cyprus

First impressions of the house were good,it is spacious inside,well equipped, clean and in a nice quiet location.The complex is well laid out with a lovely pool and poolside area in mature gardens,never felt overcrowded in or around the pool.We loved the shady terrace at the back of the property with its native plants rambling up the trellis as this was ideal for breakfast/mid afternoon eating while being out of the full sun.Nice in the evening too,big overhead fan to help keep cool! Local area excellent choice for eating out/provisions/sightseeing.We hired a car though if not going too far the bus service is regular and not expensive.All in all we had a great time,would do it again and would certainly recommend this property if you want a relaxing time in Paphos.Thanks again for the use of your property hope to be back next year.

Inflated floor area

Paid for an floor area which was advertised having 150 square meters, in reality it has only about 80 square meters. The lower A/C unit was broken for 33% of the time.We found this town house not as clean as we had hoped for.A car is required.
The good part was the pool and the shady patio.
I would not recommend this property
