Located within 1.5km from Coral Bay Village and in a nice quiet and relaxing private cul-de-sac, the villa is surrounded by mature gardens and is fully equipped including air conditioning and a complete set of indoor and outdoor furniture, including a full collection of sun-beds, umbrellas, and barbecue all set among complete privacy and seclusion. The villa will appeal to those who seek privacy, comfort, excellent views, and a private pool, all set just 1.5km away from a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, and the municipal beach of Coral Bay which is the finest beach in Paphos.

The villa is situated on a hillside with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The nearest beach is Coral Bay at a distance of approx 2km and the nearest tavernas/bars are in the Coral Bay area or Peyia Village (5 min. by car). Paphos town is approx. 15 min. by car. Both Coral Bay and Peyeia Village provide a wide selection of tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and cafes. Paphos International Airport is 30 minutes away and Larnaca International Airport is 1.40 hours away all highway. The location of the villa will appeal to groups and families wanting privacy during their holidays but within a five minute drive from all the amenities and sandy beach offered locally.

Notes: The villa is a detached bungalow and consists of three bedrooms, all en-suite. The master bedroom has a double four-poster bed and the other bedrooms have twin beds. All three bathrooms have bath, shower, wash basin and WC. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with quality furniture, TV, DVD, and CD player, whilst the dining area has a solid wood dining table and matching chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, incorporating washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge freezer etc. The villa has sunbeds, umbrellas, garden furniture and built in barbecue. Towels and bed linen are provided and are changed once a week. Blankets and duvets are provided for the winter period. Please bring your own beach towels.

BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Just spent a lovely week at Villa Levander, just wish I'd booked for longer.

Absolutely brilliant views from the edge of the infinity pool down into the valley and across the coastline. Watch the goats appear from nowhere down in the valley every other day to feed.

Sun all day long at the poolside. Ideal location - Lovely and peaceful, but only 3mins drive to Coral Bay's restaurants, bars, shops and approx 10-15 to Paphos centre. Try the excellent Blue Coral fish restaurant in Coral Bay - pricier than the others but you certainly won't be disappointed.

The villa is very well appointed and air conditioning in the three bedrooms is great after a hard day's sunbathing!

Hope to visit again in the near future.

Simply Stunning!

Spent two weeks at Villa Levander, from 4 to 18 June 2008, with our son and daughter-in-law. The villa more than lived up to our expectations! It was just stunning, and the views were out of this world. We know the area very well as we lived there for several years, but this was something else again. We certainly hope to return. This quiet and private small complex is without doubt the very best that we have ever seen in Peyia. We would definitely recommend it to others. The couple of minor problems that we encountered were dealt with swiftly and efficiently as soon as they were reported.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday, enjoyed eating at various local tavernas and restaurants as usual, but this time we felt that we had rediscovered the Cyprus that we fell in love with many years ago.
Owner's Response: This is one of our more traditional villas with stone and wood finish. It sits elevated with spectacular views and offers a relaxing environment for holidays.

Hi, Chris - I hope the wedding went well last week.
We had a really wonderful time on our first visit to Cyprus. In fact, we just got back last night and were so delighted with our holiday that we'd like to book the villa again for September! I see from the website that Levendar is booked, but can you tell me if Sunflower is available for the last two weeks in September?
