Firstly, and most importantly, it's right by the sea! You will have next-door neighbours, but there is nothing in front of the villa to obstruct the amazing view of the water. The villa can sleep 4 comfortably; there are 2 upstairs bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and 1.5 bathrooms (1 full, 1 WC) – which could be an issue if you are all females (!). That said, you are weird if you don’t spend most of your time outside. There is a sea view balcony running in front of 2 bedrooms and a deck downstairs leading from the living and dining rooms to the private pool. At 8m x 4m, you won’t be doing Olympic laps, but what a great place for sundowner cocktails! Dining in the sunlight/moonlight is at your disposal at the outdoor table, although you are more likely to be found on the full-length sunloungers while the others try to remember how to use a charcoal BBQ.

Nearest Airport: Paphos International Airport at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Coral Bay Road is a walk! The A4 is only... at 7 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 120.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
If you are in lounge lizard mode and don’t want to go anywhere at all, you don’t have to leave the villa! Coral Bay Village is a 5 min. walk and you will find everything you need for an enjoyable week – supermarket, restaurants, bars and pubs… even a number of nearby dive and adventure centres. Just try and remember what day your flight is on (!). Good Cypriot dishes can be found at Seriani, opposite the supermarket, and a nice Italian alternative is Trattoria la Vigna at the furthest end of the strip. A favourite bar, with great drinks and decent music, is the Coral Sunset Bar upstairs with good views of the strip. Also nearby and very worth checking out is the outdoor bar at the 5-star Coral Bay Beach Hotel. Your car, a taxi from Coral Bay or bus #10 or #15 can get you to Paphos Harbour. And from the Harbour, you can walk everywhere in Paphos Town (OK, everywhere touristy!). Paphos Town emanates from the Harbour which is nestled in a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We have been to Coral Bay for the last 8 years as we love the place. This villa was the best one yet, it is situated in the perfect location not just for the amazing view but for easy walks to all amenities.We had absolutely no problems whatsoever, we arranged taxi transfer through the owner and was met at the villa by their agent Rhian who showed us everything we needed to know and was very helpful. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The outside pool area was ideal - the only thing that I could possibly complain about is that there is only 2 sun loungers - OK there was only 3 in our party but it would still have been nice to have one each.Chic chocs is always nice for a snack and a cool beer and for people watching,the new restaurant across from La trattoria vigna was very nice and Andreas still good, Jade Palace still excellent for chinese food and Italian across from Coral Beach hotel also very good. Our favourites are still Sienna next to helios hotel on way to paphos and for the ultimate steak Flambe for a kerry special at far end of harbour at end of bar street in paphos.
Our only regret is that we only went for a week this year - we won't be making that mistake again. I just hope this villa will be available again next year.
