Marina Villa is a luxury villa furnished to a very high standard in a peaceful location only 100m to the many shops, restaurants, tavernas banks supermarkets, 10 min walk to the blue flag beach of Coral Bay. The very spacious L shaped living room/ dining room with air con consists of comfortable 3 seater and two 2 seater sofas, dining table chairs & high chair, TV with satellite TV& DVD. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine etc.A very convenient shower room /WC can be found on the ground floor. Patio doors in the dining room and living room open onto a large covered furnished balcony, which leads to the landscaped gardens and 8x4m private pool with sun beds and parasols. All 3 bedrooms have air con, fitted wardrobes Master bedroom has en suite, king size bed, dressing table.Master bedroom & 2nd bedroom open out on to the upstairs balcony with views to the sea& mountains, perfect for your morning cuppa.Beds 2 & 3 have 2x 3' beds

Marina Villa is one of the most sought after villas in the heart of Coral Bay, in a quiet location but literally 100m from Coral Bay's many shops, restaurants, taverns etc. making it a superb choice whatever your idea of the perfect holiday. Car hire is not essential as everything is within easy walking distance and there is an excellent bus service which runs regularly to Paphos Harbour, Water Park, the market etc. If you wish to explore more of this beautiful island and attractions by car, the Akamas nature reserve is approximately 15 minutes drive away, the water park is approximately 20 minutes drive and the Troodos mountains (skiing in winter) are approximately 1 hour drive.

  • There are three showers in the villa, ideal for larger parties which can all be used at the same time. The fully tiled bathroom includes bath, shower with shower screen, ensuite and shower room both have shower screens (not curtains). The main bathroom and ensuite have a shaver socket which can also be used for rechargeable tooth brushs. The additional shower room complete with WC and sink is located on the ground floor for your added convenience, ideal to use after you have been in the pool.

The second and third bedrooms have two 3' beds, there is also a fold away bed and cot available if required. The master and second bedrooms have double patio doors that open onto a large balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs where you have spectacular views of the mountains, ideal to enjoy your breakfast or morning cuppa in the Cyprus sunshine.

Notes: Marina Villa is an exceptional family villa, tastefully decorated & furnished throughout. Everything has been designed to make you feel home from home. The quality of the fixtures & fittings is excellent eg all bedrooms have top quality beds, mattresses & blackout blinds. The living room & dining room also have blackout blinds; the living room contains 3 comfortable quality sofas. Outside is a sheer delight, well furnished for living and dining outdoors. The gardens are fully landscaped with several areas to completely relax or dine al-fresco. You can choose from a covered patio area furnished with a table and 6 chairs, around the 8mx4m private pool or on the large patio table with 3m parasol. The pool is located to the side of the villa surrounded by extensive terraces which are well furnished with sunbeds and parasols. The pool has a shallow end for children with ladders into the shallow end. The garden is complete with a full size Cypriot BBQ and a rotary clothes line.

Visitors Comments: Our first impression of the villa was WOW!! It is spotlessly clean and just like being home from home. Everything we needed was provided including a really thoughtful welcome pack which we really appreciated after our flight here. The area is lovely and we haven't had a bad meal in any restaurant that we tried. The locals are really friendly and helpful .We would recommend hiring a car for a few days .We ventured out in the car through the mountains to Polis & along the coast road to Lara beach- absolutely spectacular scenery & views. The private pool at the villa has been a godsend and many a chilled relaxing day was spent lounging around it or in it. All in all we can't recommend this villa highly enough and it is a credit to the owners. We are already planning to come back again very soon. We all had a fantastic time!!!! Coral Bay is a great place, plenty to do & see, many good restaurants, we would recommend the Sienna Restaurant. This is the place for sun worshippers. The private pool is a 'must'. "Excellent" is the responce to every question we have been asked on our return. We have returned from a months stay at this villa,and it felt like home. It is just as described, every word in the description is true, from making the initial enquiry to our flight home was so easy,and dealing with the owners was a pleasure,very professional but friendly. The pool is cleaned twice a week (nice pool man) and the garden is cared for every couple of weeks, everything is close by all within walking distance. Many nice places to eat,our favourite was the Elephant, Palm Grove, the Chineese (up the stairs) oh I could go on and on. We also had many a good night in the Millennium bar and not far to walk home either. Everyone we met we found to be pleasant and extremely helpful. The owners left us a nice welcome pack (yes the Keo was nice and cold) much appreciated. We had the pleasure of being the first guests to use the gazebo, it just finished off the barbeque area. All in all a wonderful place to have a holiday and a wonderful place to stay, Thanks a million

Very comfortable and relaxing villa .
Found the villa to be in an ideal location for coral bay and in walking distance of most ammenities .
Very handy for buses to Pafos and water park , which was a good day out .
Hectors bar just up the street serves a great giant english breakfast .
When using local taxis would reccomend you negotiate a price first as i found most taxis tried to rip you off big time (was asked 40 euros for 2 minute ride ,refused to pay and only paid 10 which was accepted) !
Overall had a very good time at Marina villa and Coral Bay .

What a fantastic holiday.The villa was superb and by far the best in the area.The welcome pack was unexpected but very much appreciated.The water cooler was also a great idea. The villa is in a superb location close to all ammenities.Eating out was a pleasure and I would highly recommend the Elephant restaurant on a Tuesday night(Greek night), my 2 year old daughter loved it.The pool area was immaculate and spacious and the outdoor dining area was great for an evening drink.Chris and June were extremely professional which made booking a pleasure.Thanks for a great holiday.

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed in this villa for the first 2 weeks of June 09. I would definitely recommend this villa. It was comfortable, clean and plenty of room. The welcome pack was very welcomed as we did not arrive until 1.30 in the morning and everything had been considered and catered for. With elderly parents with us, the location was perfect for getting to the many restaurants and shops. The little taverna across the road was great - fresh apricots and home cooked peanuts - delicious! I would definitely recommend this villa and we will stay again when we are in Coral Bay next. The owners really have thought of everything - thanks to Chris and June.

What a fab Villa, Can honestly say that this villa is 1st Class, loveley surroundings very close to beach, and all amanities,with very good dining options so much to choose from, Took all the Family and everyone from youngest aged 2 to Grandparents had marvelous time, it really is a luxury holiday home, we look forward to returning in near future.
